Research On The Management Of Inspection Engineers In Construction Engineering Enterprises Under The Background Of Integration Of Industry And Education

With the industrial upgrading and the promotion of professional personnel training,enterprises gradually show the phenomenon of insufficient stamina in personnel training.And the speed of industry iteration is much faster than the speed of education reform.Therefore,the state continues to integrate education and industrial upgrading in the areas of new engineering,applied undergraduate education,integration of industry and education,industrial colleges and industrial education,with the aim of enabling education,teaching and personnel training,can earlier,more quickly adapt to the needs of industrial changes.The integration of industry and education has gradually become one of the important channels and methods for our applied engineering colleges to cultivate students’ practical ability.Although there are many articles that discuss the feasibility and results of the integration of industry and education,most of them are based on the university,although some results have been achieved,but from the perspective of enterprises,there are few studies on the path and effect of integration of production and education.The mode of integration of industry and education is still under discussion.First of all,by analyzing the characteristics of the current industry-education integration model in China,this paper briefly expounds the feasibility of training testing engineers by industry-education integration.Secondly,the paper expounds the theoretical concept of the occupation of testing engineer and the integration of industry and education,and makes clear that the research subject of the paper is based on the testing engineer in the engineering testing industry,it enumerates the professional quality requirements of testing engineers,and the positive role of the integration of industry and education in the theoretical study,research and development,improving the brand image of enterprises,and getting back-feeding from the government.At the same time,the article through interviews and questionnaires to understand the current enterprise training testing engineers confusion and causes,this paper sums up the problems existing in the training of testing engineers,such as the lack of depth of theoretical and practical education,the single management system of testing industry and the weak level of enterprise tutors,this paper puts forward the integration model of output of colleges and enterprises,including talent incubation plan,combination of theory and practice plan,output plan of industry,university and research,etc.,based on the view of enterprise,the problems of lack of teachers,lack of energy and incomplete evaluation in the process of training testing engineers are solved,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for improving the management level around the training path,certification method and evaluation method of testing engineers,including the evaluation indexes of theory,practice,performance and capability comparison,etc.,and through the annual workload,work efficiency,report one-time pass rate,conclusion error rate and other indicators,test engineer work effect for example tracking,summed up the integration of production and education training test engineer effect,to verify the integration of industry and education proposed in this paper,we would like to provide some help for the engineering testing industry personnel training.
