With the development of railway transportation,heavy-duty railway transportation has the advantages of large transportation volume and low cost.It has obvious advantages in transporting bulk goods such as coal.Coal is an important energy source in China,so heavyduty railway transportation plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring China's energy supply.However,heavy-duty railways are characterized by points,multiple and long lines and are easily disturbed by external emergencies.The frequency of natural disasters in China is relatively high,therefore,it is of great significance to improve the anti-disturbance nature of the heavy-duty railway system that is related to the smooth flow of national energy transportation economic development.To improve the anti-disturbance of heavy load railway systems,the study draws on the relevant scholars' research on the theory of railway transportation organization,and attempts to give a set of methods for the integrated preparation of locomotive working diagram and crew plan under emergency conditions.When a heavy-load railway encounters an emergency,the train operation status is affected.In order to restore the train to the normal state in the shortest time and minimize the loss,the railway transportation department often sets up multitype scheduling,and each type of dispatcher combines their own dispatching experience and specifications,c ompiling and optimizing train operation diagrams,train operation plans,locomotive working diagrams,passenger plan and other relative plans.Due to the lack of uniformity in the preparation of different plans,the final dispatch command plan usually appears uncoordinated,and the quality of dispatch is difficult to guarantee.To make the dispatch and command plan play its greatest role under emergency conditions,it is necessary to integrate and coordinate the various sub-plans connected to the dispatch and command plan.Via the classification of emergencies and the analysis of its impact on heavy-duty railways in this study,an integrated model of integrated collaborative optimization of heavy-duty railway locomotive working diagram and crew plan under emergency conditions is established,and its algorithms are improved.In this study,the commonness of locomotive working diagram and crew plan are summarized by analyzing and studying the methods,optimization objectives and constraints of locomotive working diagram and crew plan.According to the characteristics of locomotive working diagram and crew plan,an integrated model of locomotive working diagram and crew plan for heavy-haul railway is constructed.The objective function requires the minimum number of running lines cancelled under emergency conditions,the minimum difference between locomotive working diagram and original crew plan,and the minimum difference between crew plan and original crew plan.In addition,to improve the quality of the model solution speed and reconciliation,an ant colony algorithm on the basis of dual strategy is designed.Via constructing the solution space and designing the ant transfer probability of the dual strategy state,the computational complexity is reduced,and the algorithm is effectively avoided from falling into the local optimal state to stagnate prematurely.Finally,according to the actual situation of Shuohuang railway operation,the study designs an emergency scene and verifies the model and algorithm of the integration of locomotive working diagram and crew plan of heavy-haul railway under the emergency condition designed in this study.The integrated co-compilation theory proposed in this study can provide decision support for improving the comprehensive capacity of emergency disposal of heavy-haul railway and ensuring national energy transportation.
