Due to lower linear index,rough construction technical,tight capital investment,lower quality requirement,overload traffic capacity for the province road which are constructed in early phase in Zhejiang province are require renovation ASAP for the safety issue.Regarding the some of the province road approach to be renovation,some of them rock falling and excavation slump occurred,structure seams,lower linear index,shortage view,especially the villages located at side of the province road,the driving condition is worse than before,the risk for safety is serious more.In this case how to recognize evaluate prevent control the risk will be a very important topic.Base on domestic and abroad documents review and analysis,combined with field research consultation,carding provincial highway renovation project risk list be determine the quality,schedule,cost,safety,social risk,arranged as five aspects,the goal according to the risk are divided into serious high,high,medium,low,ignore low risk grade five points.By comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process(ahp),constructed the GuoShengDao renovation project risk management theory of multi-level analysis model,and using the model developed "GuoShengDao reconstruction project risk management and evaluation system".Finally,the risk assessment management system is applied through practical casesThrough this study,which can effectively realize GuoShengDao renovation project in safety,quality,cost,schedule and social risk aspects of risk control,to improve risk management and informationization level,risk management experience,to provide some reference for GuoShengDao reconstruction project risk management and using for reference.
