The reconstruction project of the 66 kV substation in T city is a very important substation construction project in the Inner Mongolia network project.The CL substation was built in 2009.According to the rapid growth of T city load,in order to ensure the economic construction and development of the region and the improvement of people's living standards,plans to build CL 66 kV substation project,for the main transformer capacity,increase the corresponding electrical equipment.The successful implementation of project construction and the benefit obtained after completion is of great importance to the network project of Inner Mongolia.According to the project design plan,the project has a long construction period,large capital investment and high technical standard,and the project is affected by various factors.Made during the project implementation has the high risk,the project faces,contract management,technology,and financial risk of many types,such as,how to effectively control risk is still top priority is to ensure the smooth construction of the project.In this research project risk management related theory in CL substation reconstruction project risk management in the practical application,the paper starting from the actual environment of the substation of CL renovation project construction,the project survey and internal and external environment are introduced,analyzed the main characteristics of project risk,clear the main task of the project risk management.By means of expert survey method,we can identify and analyze the financial,technical,contract,management and environmental risks of the project,and construct the index system of project risk assessment.The project risk is quantitatively evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process and object element extension theory.Determine the degree of influence of the main risk factors of the project,evaluate the overall risk level of the project,raise the awareness of project management personnel on the project risk,and prepare for the project risk response.Finally,the paper studied the CL substation reconstruction project risk response,risk avoidance,risk transfer,risk control,risk retention strategy plan for the project of various kinds of risk measures should be more specific,so as to improve the ability to resist risk of the project,to prevent the risk events of the project,guarantee the smooth completion of the project construction.
