Research On Quality Management Of A Municipal Road Project In Anhui Province

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,with the rapid economic and social development of the country,especially in recent years,the process of urbanization has been accelerating,and the construction of municipal road infrastructure to create a better hardware environment for economic development has also developed rapidly.At the same time,the investment in municipal road construction has been continuously increased,and the quality management of the project has also been greatly improved,but the problems affecting the quality of the project still occur from time to time.Based on the theory and method of quality management of municipal road construction projects,combining with the current research situation at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the shortcomings and causes of quality management in engineering projects,and analyzes the problems in quality management of engineering projects.The corresponding quality management development model is put forward.Taking the quality control of a municipal road under construction in Anhui province as the research object,this paper expounds the characteristic principle,planning method and common quality disease of municipal road quality control,and analyzes the problems in the road engineering management and the existing quality control measures in detail.Analyze the quality control problems caused by the pre-construction and construction process.Finally,in view of the quality control problems existing in this project,the quality control measures should be improved by strengthening the organizational concept,improving the overall quality of project managers,improving the whole process control such as testing and acceptance,and emphasizing the importance of quality management process control.Through the total quality management model to achieve the quality goal^[1]And The quality management problem analysis,quality management countermeasures and measures will be applied throughout the quality management model in the production process,and the quality management system,quality acceptance standards,and key process quality control measures will be established and improved,so that the quality goal of the project can be verified in practice.
