Research On Construction Quality Management Of Xiaomi Smart Park Project

Since the reform and opening up,the urbanization process has been accelerating,stimulating the rapid development of China's construction industry,and various magnificent and large-scale buildings have risen from the ground.While the construction industry is developing rapidly,the requirements for project construction quality are also increasing.At present,the extensive management model adopted by most projects can no longer meet the current project construction quality requirements.Therefore,strengthening project construction quality management has become the top priority of project management.The Xiaomi Wisdom Park project is a key industrial park project of the ZJ company that the author personally participated in.Due to its special geographical location and the extensive publicity of the Xiaomi Group,the project has a certain reputation in Beijing and even the whole country.Due to its wide construction area,large investment,and high assembly rate,the project itself has stricter requirements on project quality.Project quality issues are not only related to their own vital interests,but also related to the company's brand,which plays an important role in the company's strategic development and social influence.Based on this,it is very meaningful to study the construction quality management of Xiaomi Wisdom Park project.This article takes Xiaomi Wisdom Park project as an example to study its construction quality management.First of all,on the basis of quality management related theories and methods,using literature research and questionnaire survey methods,sort out including construction personnel,management personnel,machinery type,machinery quantity,machinery maintenance,supplier qualification,material grading,materials 13 factors influencing construction quality including storage,process rationality,technical disclosure,technical standards,natural environment and social environment.On this basis,the analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the key factors affecting the construction quality of the project.Finally,the 5S on-site management method was used to put forward improvement measures to optimize the working environment and personnel literacy.According to the 4M1 E theory,systematic and comprehensive management of the factors affecting the construction quality wascarried out,and the project construction quality management was fully implemented under the guidance of the PDCA cycle theory.Through the research on the construction quality of Xiaomi Wisdom Park project,this paper can be used for reference to the construction quality problems of the corresponding industrial park projects with high quality requirements,which has a certain role in accumulating construction management experience and improving construction management level for enterprises.
