Study On Influencing Factors Of Quality Control Of Landscaping Project

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the level of urbanization in China has risen from about 30% in 2000 to nearly 60%.Urbanization has developed rapidly,but the proportion of urban green space has been relatively small.In addition,the lack of experience in the design,construction and management of the landscaping project,the poor quality control level,resulting in more quality problems in the landscaping project,not only affecting the garden Greening project operation effect,but also restricts the healthy development of China's landscaping industry.Therefore,combined with the method of total quality management,the factors affecting the quality control of the landscaping project are analyzed and researched,which is beneficial to the quality control of the landscaping project.The quality control of the landscaping project is the key to the quality control of the landscaping project.For the actual project management to provide theoretical support for improving the quality of landscaping projects and improve the level of garden greening project investment efficiency is of great significance.This paper analyzes the quality management of domestic and foreign engineering projects,and summarizes the related concepts and theories.According to the characteristics of quality control of landscaping project,the quality control of landscaping project is divided into four stages: pre-preparation stage,construction stage,completion acceptance stage and later maintenance and maintenance stage from the perspective of the whole life period of landscaping project.Combined with relevant literature research and my many years of work experience,the impact of landscaping project quality control of the impact of factors analysis,summed up the landscaping project in four stages of the 39 quality control influencing factors.Based on the influencing factors of the quality control of 39 landscaping projects,the evaluation index system of quality control influencing factors of landscaping project was initially established,and the questionnaire was used to optimize the evaluation index system of the quality control of the landscaping project.The Ranking of Factors Affecting Quality Control of Landscaping Projects by Comprehensive Analysis Method Based on Entropy Weight Method and TOPSIS Method.Finally,I am responsible for the construction of the project-Yinchuan International Exchange Center project VIP area outdoor landscape greening project as an example of a case study.Based on the established evaluation index system of quality control influencing factors,combined with the project characteristics of the case project,the questionnaire was designed and the questionnaire survey method was adopted to investigate the relevant participants in the project case and obtain the data index needed by the article.The entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each participant,and then the TOPSIS method is used to sort the influencing factors of quality control in each stage,and the corresponding quality control measures are put forward according to the quality influence factors of the top three.Through the recognition and sequencing of the factors affecting the quality control of the landscaping project,the corresponding measures can be put forward to improve the quality management efficiency and engineering quality of the landscaping project.
