Boiler is an important thermal energy supply equipment of the industrial processes,the degree of automation determines the quality of superheated steam,the safety of the production process,the labor intensity and personal safety of the operators,and the water level of the drum is an important control parameter.The traditional drum water level is controlled by PID,but because the water level of the drum has nonlinearity and time delay,For the PID control system with constant parameter,the control effect is not ideal.In this paper,based on the knowledge of fuzzy mathematics,the main controller of the three-pulse cascade control system is replaced by a two-input and three-output fuzzy controller for the phenomenon of "false water level" in the control process of boiler drum in the control process.In order to achieve better energy saving results and satisfactory steam quality indicators.Using the expert knowledge and the experience of the field operators,the fuzzy rules are obtained.The Gaussian membership function is used to establish the membership functions of the two inputs E and Ec.The center of gravity method is used to accurately control the motion of the actuator.AT first,this paper introduced the composition of the boiler drum,the working principle,and the factors influencing drum water level control.The mathematical model of water level control object of boiler drum is obtained by mechanism modeling method.In the MATLAB simulation software,the SIMULINK toolbox is used to construct the model,and the traditional PID control system model and the improved control system model are respectively constructed.Then,different interference quantities are added at different times to obtain the simulation curve.Through comparison,the analysis shows that the fuzzy control system has better control effect,which proves that the fuzzy control system has good adaptability,can adapt to variable parameter control,has strong anti-interference,and the system oscillation is small.The data demonstrates the feasibility and superiority of the control system.
