In Daqing Oilfield,there are a lot of field construction operations,and the power supply of operation equipment has always been a problem.Small and portable solar power generation equipment is a better solution,looking at the world,in recent years,with the rapid development of economy,rapid progress of intelligent automation society,and excessive population growth,it is estimated that after 2050,the global population will exceed 9 billion at least.The progress of human society is inseparable from energy,and automation equipment is inseparable from energy.How to obtain and use renewable clean energy efficiently has become an important problem to be solved by human beings.Photovoltaic power generation system uses solar cells as the energy storage medium to directly convert the light effect into electric potential energy,which will directly affect the load equipment.This paper mainly constructs a single-phase photovoltaic grid connected power generation system,and then realizes the research and Realization of the maximum power.The photovoltaic grid connected power generation system can convert the DC output of the solar cell into the AC output with the frequency of 50 Hz,and use the low power STC12C5408 AD MCU to complete the maximum power control of the solar cell.This paper describes the constant current method,perturbation observation method,incremental conductance method,instantaneous scanning method,mountaineering method and particle swarm method,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of mountaineering method and instantaneous scanning method through experiments.By using Boost circuit,the hardware circuit in single-phase photovoltaic power generation system is designed,and the system’s software is nominal.The system’s control strategy combines software and hardware for debugging.Debug Boost circuit constant voltage value,and with the full bridge inverter circuit debugging,and the system constant current constant voltage synchronous test.In order to find the maximum power point,the feasibility of mountaineering method and instantaneous scanning method is verified.
