The end of the cylinder and the head of the top cover are the key parts of the high-pressure container.Whether the design is safe and reasonable is critical to the safety and economy of the high-pressure container.Although GB150-2011 gives the structural design method of the end of the cylinder of the high-pressure container and the head of the top cover,but with the increase in the diameter of the container,there are problems such as limited reference to the design results.In the design process,the designer needs to round the standard calculation results substantially based on the design experience.The design difficulty is greatly increased,and the design time is prolonged.At the same time,due to the artificial parameter selection,a higher safety factor will be selected,resulting in a waste of materials.In order to solve the existing problems,the article mainly carries out the following work:(1)Using GB150-2011,a detailed analysis of the design process of the end of the highpressure container barrel with a container diameter of 1000 mm and the top cover head.According to this standard,combined with VB software,the structural design program for the end of the cylinder of the high-pressure container and the head of the top cover was designed.Use this program to obtain a large amount of analysis data,and understand the interaction relationship between various parameters through the analysis data.(2)The theoretical calculation method of the end of the cylinder and the head of the cylinder head was developed,and the factors affecting the strength of the end of the cylinder and the head of the cylinder head were analyzed and discussed.Starting from the basic forces,analyze the reasons for the limited reference value of the design results in conventional design.On this basis,supplementary amendments to the structural design methods such as the center circle diameter of the main bolt,the length of the outer edge of the cylinder end and the thickness of the top cover are completed,and the correctness of the revised calculation method is verified in conjunction with actual engineering data.(3)Use the validated finite element method to analyze the stress distribution of the end of the high-pressure vessel barrel with a diameter of 1000 mm and the head of the top cover under operation and pre-tightening conditions.Perform path analysis on the dangerous location to understand the law of stress change at the dangerous location.(4)Adopt the revised design method to complete the design of the end of the cylinder and the head of the cover with a diameter of 600 mm ? 3200 mm.Compare the results before and after the correction,and check the strength of the cylinder end and the head of the top cover to correct the correctness of the calculation method.Use the finite element analysis method to check the safety of the end of the cylinder and the head of the head,and set the path at the dangerous position of the head of the head,linear analysis and stress evaluation,to further verify the correctness of the revised calculation method.
