Multi-stream wound tube heat exchanger is a kind of shell-and-tube heat exchanger,which has the advantages of compact structure,wide applicable temperature range,simultaneous heat exchange among various mediums in one heat exchanger,high efficiency heat exchange,etc.It is commonly used in key parts of equipment in actual production,and the demand for it is also increasing year by year with the current increasing demand for energy.However,due to the particularity of multi-stream wound tube heat exchanger tube sheet,At present,there are no relevant standards and methods for calculation at home and abroad.Therefore,the calculation of tube sheet of this type of heat exchanger needs to be further studied.This paper takes it as the research object and carries out the following work:(1)The tube sheet of a B-type connected multi-stream wound tube heat exchanger is simplified to a round plate with fixed support at the periphery,and the connection position between the edge of the round plate and the shell-side cylinder is subjected to the gravity transmitted by the shell-side cylinder.During calculation,it is divided into a round plate subjected to uniformly distributed load and an equivalent round plate subjected to annular load,and the stresses of the tube sheet under uniformly distributed load and annular load are calculated respectively,and the stresses of the tube sheet are superposed to obtain the stress distribution status of the tube sheet.(2)Combined with specific examples,ANSYS Workbench is used to carry out static analysis on stress distribution of tube sheet under different working conditions,and the static analysis results are compared with the theoretical calculation results to verify the correctness of theoretical derivation.(3)ANSYS Workbench is used to carry out thermal coupling analysis on the tube sheet of the multi-stream wound tube heat exchanger,and the temperature field distribution is obtained;After that,the sequential coupling method is adopted to solve the stress distribution of the tube sheet under the condition of thermal structure coupling.Four paths are selected at different positions,and the stress on the selected path is analyzed and evaluated according to the stress evaluation standard in JB4732,so as to understand the stress change rule on the selected path.
