Research On Resource Acquisition Mechanism Of Cross-border Innovation Alliance

With the continuous development of the new generation of information technology such as the Internet,the cross-border integration of the Internet and traditional enterprises has realized the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises.Traditional enterprises have gained new impetus for innovation.Cross-border innovation has pointed out a new direction for the development of enterprises.The country's major strategic measures to accelerate the deep integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries have promoted the active cross-border of various industries,and innovation has become the primary driving force for development.The cross-border innovation alliance integrates the innovation resources required for innovation activities,so that resources can be used more effectively,and their unique value is exerted,and resource acquisition is the premise of resource integration.Therefore,this paper conducts research on resource acquisition and builds a resource acquisition mechanism for cross-border innovation alliances,which can not only ensure the smooth progress of resource acquisition of the alliance,but also enhance the innovation ability and competitiveness of cross-border innovation alliances.This article takes cross-border innovation alliance as the research object,first analyzes the current research status of cross-border innovation,alliance,and resource acquisition mechanism.Based on this,it defines the connotation and characteristics of cross-border innovation alliance.Based on the transaction cost theory and resource-based view.The reasons for the formation of cross-border innovation alliances are analyzed,and a model of the cross-border innovation alliance innovation system is constructed.Then,the characteristics of the resources of the cross-border innovation alliance are analyzed and classified,and the mechanism of resource acquisition is revealed.Finally,the cross-border innovation alliance resource acquisition mechanism is designed,which includes three parts: resource gap identification mechanism,resource search mechanism and resource transfer mechanism.It also selects the China Intelligent Networked Automobile Industry Innovation Alliance for empirical research and validates the cross-border innovation alliance proposed in this paper.The effectiveness and rationality of the resource acquisition mechanism.The research on the resource acquisition mechanism of cross-border innovation alliances is conducive to enhancing the value of alliance resources,promoting the resource flow between member companies in different industries,and ensuring the development of cross-border innovation alliances and the smooth progress of innovation activities.The research provides companies with some theoretical basis and practical guidance.
