As a large producing country,the manufacturing industry is very important for China.The demand of consumers become higher and higher about industrial products,With the development of the society,the factory not only should ensure the sufficient supply of products,but also should ensure that to supply high quality products to consumers.So manufacturing needs to evolve continuously.The production level of enterprises must catch the increasing demand of consumers.Production enterprises should ensure that the products meet certain quality requirements.Then the innovation of production and the upgrade of industry must go ahead forever.For a factory,if it want to survive,to develop and to be profitable,it must keep up with the times,to make the product keep upgrading.In order to upgrade the product,it should not only have a few good design,but also should make the design can transform into the product effectively.It is an effective development way to make full use of limited resources and to implement technological innovation.This paper studies the process evolution and related resource utilization pattern based on the research results at home and abroad.The main content of this paper has three parts.At first,this paper analyze the history of technological evolution and find out the evolutionary process and source of the main processing methods and identify the role of resources,in order to find out the inner laws and predict the direction of evolution.On second,it is the research on the transformation of resource utilization in the process of technological evolution.The transformation including Continuous innovation of resource types and the transformation between different kinds of resources.The paper points out the resource transformation method,transformation motivation and conversion efficiency evaluation index based on the theory of TRIZ resource utilization.The third part is the construction of resource utilization strategy model.By establishing resources total table,summarize the available resources,distribute the weights according to the transformationmotivation mode of resource utilization,and to establish a dynamic assessment mechanism,thus resource optimization mechanism model is established.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the model are verified by the resource optimization of machining manipulator.
