At present,although due to environmental pollution and coal resources and other problems,the country vigorously develop clean energy,thermal power installed capacity control,but the steam turbine generator set is still the main source of electricity in China,in recent years there are still a lot of large capacity steam turbine generator set put into use.Turbine generator set as a large high speed machinery,vibration problem is inevitable,especially in recent years,the stand of the single machine capacity is more and more large,more complex unit structure,vibration fault factors are more and more.This research mainly for steam turbine generator bearing caused by its own structure and installation of steam turbine generator bearing and the bearing vibration problem itself,and due to bearing vibration of steam turbine generator shaft vibration problems such as vibration and ground,respectively according to different capacity of steam turbine generator,comparing different structural forms of bearing research,clear turbo generator bearing stiffness needed to meet the standard,and the installation process should pay attention to matters.This research mainly for steam turbine generator bearing caused by its own structure and installation of steam turbine generator bearing and the bearing vibration problem itself,and due to bearing vibration of steam turbine generator shaft vibration problems such as vibration and ground,respectively according to different capacity of steam turbine generator,comparing different structural forms of bearing research,clear turbo generator bearing stiffness needed to meet the standard,and the installation process should pay attention to matters.?Although the development speed in both directions is very fast,the two aspects of development are still not organically combined.The finite element calculation cannot obtain accurate foundation stiffness due to the boundary conditions,so there is still a certain deviation from the measured data.Similarly,when the real machine is on the test bench,the connection mode and stiffness of the bearing block and the real operation are also different.Therefore,there are still many problems of bearing block vibration in the calculation and test stage when many turbogenerator sets meet the standard requirements.This research in view of the present different capacity of bearing vibration problems,different structure forms of bearing seat of turbo-generator set,through the test data,the author analyzes the reasons of its vibration,and understand the relevant solutions to vibration,then the boundary condition of simulation calculation of guidance,make its calculation results more close to the real operation condition,and further guide the design of the steam turbine generator bearing structure,from design stage to avoid bearing vibration problems.
