This paper mainly introduces the research on the remanufacturing technology of bearing pedestal.The theoretical factors are provided for the remodeling of bearing pedestal from technical factors,environmental factors and economic factors.Special repair technology,such as cold welding,inverter pulse brush plating and glue are applied.The different repairing techniques,such as use of composite repair technology or a single repair technology are adopted for the different forms of injure of the bearing pedestal.Theoretical basis for the remanufacturing of bearing pedestal is provided.The remanufacturing quality of the bearing pedestal include mainly the hardness,the microstructure,the microstructure of the joint area and the coaxially of the hole.HT250 is used as the matrix specimen.Low carbon steel is used to repair the simulated damage area of matrix,then hardness and scanning electron microscopy are used to observe the repairing area and the matrix junction.repair area hardness and matrix hardness remained consistent.The organizational structure of the repaired area is fine and close without bubbles and cracks.The length of the junction is about 300?m,and the matrix is almost free of deformation.The wear resistance of the repaired area is obviously higher than that of the matrix.The coaxially of the bearing housing hole is detected after the repair.The ANSYS software is used to study the technological parameters of the cold welding by meaning of the electrode pressure and the pressing time.Nine simulated simulations are carried out at 20N;25N,30N;0.5s,1.0s and 1.5s respectively.The change regularity of equivalent stress and deformation are gotten under the different parameters.At the beginning,when the electrode pressure increase,the equivalent stress decreases,but the equivalent stress increases rapidly when the electrode pressure peak value is exceeded,When the pressure time increase,the equivalent stress decreases,the optimal process parameters can be obtained.According to the practice of bearing pedestal remanufacturing,a prototype design of semi automatic feeding device of the cold welding is made to simulate manual operation in this paper,the device could improve the welding efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers,it has some practical value in engineering.
