Hollow reactor as an important power equipment in power system operation process,in the design of reactor,the need to assess the insulation resistance,the selection of electromagnetic wire insulation membrane in the process of production more depend on experience,calculate the wave process of reactor,master of coil winding under lightning impulse overvoltage potential distribution,for the optimization design of air-core reactor structure and provides the theory basis for reasonable selection of the insulating material,to ensure reactor has great significance to the safe and stable operation of the product.In this paper,the change of ac resistance under the influence of skin effect and eddy current loss is taken into account comprehensively,the calculation model of stray capacitance and inductance to earth is analyzed,and the equivalent circuit model of hollow reactor under high frequency is established.The calculation formulas of dc resistance,ac resistance,self-inductance and mutual inductance of winding coils,inter-turn capacitance,inter-layer capacitance and stray capacitance to ground are given.The winding voltage distribution in the case of right-angle wave incidence and the winding voltage distribution in the case of lightning wave incidence obtained by right Angle wave superposition are calculated respectively.The calculation process of node voltage and branch current was programmed by FORTRAN software,and the node voltage was numerically calculated by gaussian elimination method.In order to lay under the action of shock waves reactor winding voltage distribution is more intuitive,extract the Fortran programming calculation software of calculation results,using VB interface design and calculation software,direct output voltage distribution curve,non-uniform coefficient are given,the largest node voltage and the position of the maximum differential pressure.The accuracy of the calculation results and the reliability of the established equivalent circuit model are verified by comparing the calculation results of the simulation software and the simulation results of the simulation software and the in-plant test results.Air-core reactor were obtained through the calculation software in the standard thunder electric wave under the impact of voltage distribution results,through the analysis of the calculation results and finishing,came to the conclusion that the insulation of the reactor is mainly on the outer coating of insulation structure,as the reactor height of turns of the coil distance increasing its voltage also increases gradually,the higher the ground of the voltage difference between the two coil turns,the greater the maximum interturn pressure difference between always appear in the coil turns 1,2,and the turn-to-turn maximum differential pressure appear time is different,eventually in the form of oscillation decrease gradually.The pressure difference and the non-uniformity coefficient between the inner and outer layers of the reactor are large,and the other layers are close to each other.
