With the development of modern manufacturing industry in the direction of high precision,high efficiency and economy,the industrial production of deep processing of aluminum profiles has become an urgent problem for enterprises.The high labor intensity,low production efficiency and long waiting time of manual and semi-automatic production lead to the requirement of large quantities of orders and high precision can not be completed in a short time,these have become the major problems facing companies.Therefore,designing a photovoltaic panel frame automatic sawing machine suitable for the current state of China's industry has a high Application value.Firstly,this paper designs the structure of photovoltaic panel frame automatic sawing machine.In view of the existing problems of PV panel frame sawing,referring to the existing sawing mechanism,according to the design requirements of PV panel frame sawing machine,the whole structure and sawing mode of the sawing machine are proposed and determined.The 3D model of PV panel frame sawing machine is built through Solid Works,and the key components are analyzed,calculated and selected.The axial contact deformation and stiffness of one of the key components of ball screw pair are analyzed.Based on the contact theory of Hertz point,the mathematical model of the spiral raceway is established to obtain the principal curvature of the contact point between the ball and raceway surface,and the stress and deformation of the contact point between the ball and raceway surface are analyzed.The theoretical model of the axial contact deformation and the axial contact stiffness of the ball screw pair is derived,and analyze the contact Angle and helix Angle of structural parameters,such as the influence of the ball screw pair contact characteristics.ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the ball screw.Through the establishment of the simplified finite element model of the lead screw pair,and the reasonable mesh division of the model,the inherent vibration characteristics of the ball screw pair in the working process are obtained.The modal parameters of the screw nut at different positions are analyzed and compared,and analyze the harmonic response to obtain the deformation frequency response curve,find the corresponding frequency value at the resonance point,and lay the foundation for the optimization design and actual production of the screw pair.The dynamic characteristics of circular saw blade,one of the key components,are analyzed.Firstly,finite element method is used to analyze the influence of chuck radius,matrix thickness and prestressing force on the dynamic characteristics of circular saw blade,and its natural frequency and vibration modes are obtained.Through the analysis and comparison of the simulation results,the optimal parameters are selected.On this basis,the influence of the number of radial grooves,the length and the width of grooves on the dynamic characteristics of circular saw blade is analyzed,and the groove scheme is finally determined.
