Research On Power Supply Planning Of Industrial New Town And Implementation Strategy Of Power Supply In Recent And Long Term

As a new form of urbanization under the new situation,industrial new town can promote the rapid development of county economy,society and industry,realize the level of industrialization and urbanization,and promote the optimization and adjustment of County Industrial structure.Shucheng Industrial New Town,relying on the introduction of new industries,realizes the close combination of industry and city,is a new type of urbanization development model.Under this new development mode,the power supply situation of Shucheng Industrial New Town,the related construction of power supply and distribution network in the near and long term,and the long-term power grid planning are the most basic guarantees for the later construction of Shucheng Industrial New Town,which play an important role in the subsequent construction of Shucheng Industrial New Town.Shucheng Industrial New Town can promote the rapid development of Shucheng County,achieve the level of industrialization and urbanization in-depth combination,and can effectively promote the stable growth of Shucheng Industrial New Town,can be conducive to structural optimization and adjustment.The main goal of Shucheng Industrial New Town is to combine industry with city closely,which is a new development model.Under this new development mode,the power supply planning of Shucheng Industrial New Town is one of the most basic supporting planning of Shucheng Industrial New Town.It is very important for the construction and development of Shucheng Industrial New Town to find out the current power supply situation in the new urban area,the related construction of short-term and long-term power supply and distribution network,and the long-term power grid planning.On the premise of fully investigating and researching the planning scheme,power supply distribution trend,load variation characteristics,population status and economic development of Shucheng Industrial New Town,the spatial load forecasting method is used to forecast the regional load,and the short-term and long-term power supply planning and implementation policies of Shucheng Industrial New Town are carried out according to the forecasting results.Therefore,an optimized power supply plan can be put forward.The main work and achievements of the paper are as follows:(1)analyze the current situation of Shucheng power grid.The situation of 110 k V and 35 k V substations and power grids in the industrial new town is analyzed.The 10 k V distribution network is analyzed from the power supply radius,trunk section,trunk cable rate,insulation rate and line load.The main problems existing in the industrial new town power grids are put forward.In view of the existing problems in Shucheng industrial new town power grid,a large planning system should be constructed,and a unified power grid planning should be carried out.Starting from serving the economic development of Shucheng industrial new town,the problems existing in the power supply planning of Shucheng industrial new town should be truly solved,which can fundamentally meet the demand of increasing power consumption and coordinate the new Shucheng industrial city.The planning of the urban power network ensures the safe use of electricity.(2)The basic principle of load forecasting method is studied.According to the goals and tasks of Shucheng Industrial New Town economic development planning,the characteristics of electric load in the planning area are summarized.The load forecasting of Shucheng Industrial New Town is carried out,and the historical trend of load growth and load characteristics are analyzed.The long-term and medium-term load forecasting of Shucheng Industrial New Town are carried out by using load density forecasting method.According to the overall orientation and development goal of Shucheng Industrial New Town,and referring to the load density of other similar cities,and according to the relevant planning guidelines,the load density indexes of each type of land use nature are determined comprehensively.Load density index.The forecast results show that the total load of Shucheng industrial town is about 235 MW to 360 MW.Combined with the overall positioning and development objectives of Shucheng Industrial New Town,the forecasting value of the long-term load of Shucheng Industrial New Town is 299.21 MW.The credibility of load forecasting is verified by index comparison method.(3)The implementation strategy of near future power supply planning for Shucheng industrial new town is put forward.This paper analyzes the 220 k V and 110 k V substation balance of Shucheng Industrial New Town,and carries out the distribution network planning of Shucheng Industrial High Voltage and Medium Voltage respectively,and puts forward some planning suggestions.
