With the development of information technology,the traditional building management mode is difficult to meet the needs of modern management,the management system dedicated to building intelligent presents the development trend of "a hundred flowers bloom".There are many types and quantities of terminal equipment involved in each subsystem of the building,and there is a demand for joint control between the system device.In order to meet the needs of different application scenarios,the mainstream management software in the current market generally is"one-time" or customized,as a result,the product depends too much on the preliminary design,which leads to high maintenance cost.so the products with single function are difficult to realize intelligent and friendly management of the building.Based on the above problems,this paper starts from the realization of intelligent and open building management,aiming at the application status,and takes the PIC microcontroller and raspberry pie independently developed by the laboratory as the hardware control center to carry out the design and implementation of the web system.The system uses the springboot micro service framework and the semi-automatic ORM persistence framework mybatis to build the system business framework,and designs a general configuration software for building equipment management to achieve efficient and flexible information management for building equipment.The system software provides the development function,through flexible configuration,the physical information of the controller can be rewritten and the linkage control effect between the devices can be realized.The switchable terminal operation mode can be provided.Through online configuration,the human-computer cooperation can be better realized and a friendly information management platform can be built.This system completes the system design and implementation through the process of feasibility analysis,requirement analysis,outline design,detailed function design,system test,etc.,and explains the overall situation of the system in detail through the logical architecture design,physical architecture design,detailed description of functional modules and database design,etc.In the chapter of detailed design and implementation,the design process of specific functional modules is described in detail through UML modeling to enhance the transparency between components.Finally,through the test cases to test the overall function of the system and through JMeter to test the performance of the system,to provide a guarantee for the online operation of the system.
