The Environmental Reconstruction Design Of Wuhan Social Welfare Home

With the increasingly accelerated aging of China's population,the problem of population aging is seriously.At present,the proportion of China's elderly population has become the largest in the world.How to correctly face and solve the aging of the elderly population brought about by the pension problem is our whole society needs to face and solve urgently.Nowadays the generation of young adults should not only assume their own family but also take into account the responsibility of supporting their parents.It is conceivable that the pressure is so heavy that under such a severe situation,more and more people choose to take care of the elderly in welfare institutions.After investigations and analysis we have found that the mainly using people of the social welfare institute at home is the elderly.And the facilities in the welfare institute are basically satisfied the healthy elderly physiological needs but ignoring the elderly disabled type and the elderly psychological needs.So aiming at these prominent problems,we should make the reforming to the design of the pension environment of contemporary social welfare institutions.This paper choose Wuhan Social Welfare Home as the carrier,research how to solve these problems about the environment renovation design,those problem including how to divide the lay out of the welfare home correctly,how to make the special design about the building and landscape ect,and we should consider the psychological needs of the elderly as well.At the same time,based on the support of the theory named “Rehabilitation Landscape”,we should make a large scale transformation of the plants growing and landscape,setting up some horticultural angle to present the plants healing efficacy and improving the quality of elderly life in the social welfare institutions.Under the call of the slogan “Internet +”,relevant apps are designed to display and appeal the living mode and living status of the elderly to the public,popularize the knowledge about the elderly care,then publicize the real cases of the elderly living condition in the social welfare homes online and offline in order to enhance the attention of the society.Through the environmental reforming of social welfare institutions,the promotion of social attention has been rapidly raised.We hope in the future,the old "Children Pension" thoughts can be broken,and the awareness of social welfare institutions pension of the elder.At the same time,we call on the public to pay more attention to the elder in social welfare institutions,increase their funding sources of welfare institutions,improve the quality of life for the elderly,to create a new social welfare institutions which meets the needs of diversified and humanized environment.So as to comprehensively improve the quality and happiness of life for the elderly and achieve the ultimate goal of making the society a big progress.
