The power transmission can directly impact on the vehicle performance and fuel consumption.At present,domestic and overseas OEM all attach importance to the vehicle performance and system match,more detailed and specialized.In this article establish the simulation and analysis model of vehicle power transmission.The vehicle dynamic and fuel test were carried out,verified the rationally of the model.And with the vehicle dynamic and fuel consumption as the goal,optimize the power transmission system parameters.And obtain the scenario for the power system parameters,to optimize the goals with the simulation method,then validate the power transmission parameters by the test method.Optimization result show that:when guarantee invariable for the vehicle performance,transmission system parameters optimization can improve fuel economy of the vehicle.The main work content for this article shows as follows:Studied the current situation of power transmission system match optimization and the basic principle of vehicle driving,study and analysis to evaluation index of vehicle performance and fuel economy.The power index include the Max vehicle velocity,0-100km/h acceleration time and Max grade ability;The fuel economy index include the constant velocity consumption and driving cycle consumption.Establish simulation analysis model of the vehicle drivetrain,establish the vehicle model according to the reality vehicle structure.The main vehicle model have the Engine,Clutch,Transmission,wheel and vehicle related resistance model,and establish the correct signal connection,write the correct parameters into every model.Primary selection for power transmission parameters,include the engine performance characteristic,transmission ratio primary selection.Then implemented to simulating computation.Compared the vehicle test result with simulation,the rationality of the vehicle power transmission system model is verified by experimental investigation.With the vehicle performance and fuel economy as goal,using the genetic algorithm to optimize the gear ratio and final ratio,with guarantee the vehicle performance and the fuel consumption of the vehicle is reduced.
