| As a large industrial and agricultural country with a large population base,China is relatively short of water resources and energy.With the expansion of urban scale and the improvement of people’s living standards,the quality and efficiency requirements of urban water supply systems are becoming higher and higher.This paper focuses on the water supply needs of users in most high-rise communities in China,considers the characteristics of energy saving and robustness,puts forward an algorithm model of online control parameters,establishes a simulation model for analysis,and implements industrial frequency conversion and adjustment control of pumps based on PLC completed the design of the constant pressure water supply monitoring system and built a hardware platform,effectively solving the water supply problem in the community.The main contents of this study are summarized as follows:Based on the demand for water supply in urban high-rise communities in China,related control objectives and requirements are proposed,and the architecture of the corresponding constant-pressure water supply monitoring system is given.The performance of the water pump in the time-varying and non-linear water supply system is analyzed,and the energy consumption of the valve opening and the frequency conversion speed regulation method is compared and analyzed.The research shows that the frequency conversion speed regulation in the constant pressure water supply system is more energy-saving and complicated.In the water supply system,the flow and energy consumption of the pump units in parallel are analyzed,and the approximate equivalent mathematical model of the water supply system is determined.This article focuses on the analysis of traditional PID and fuzzy PID control strategies.In order to verify the superiority of the algorithm and the simulation based on SIMULINK,the simulation image comparisonshows the superiority and feasibility of the fuzzy PID control algorithm scheme,combined with the above control the scheme and the water supply demand simulation of high-rise community have designed a set of simple structure and superior performance constant pressure water supply monitoring system.It combines PLC and frequency conversion technology,makes reasonable hardware and software design,and selects sensors and related control system equipment.It completes the functions of data transmission,data collection,and alarm processing for the monitoring of the pump set.Finally,an easy-to-operate human-computer interaction interface is designed,and the operation and debugging of the constant pressure water supply system are carried out.The operation results show that the system has a good closed-loop regulation function,can operate stably for a long time,has good robustness,meets the high automation and energy saving requirements of urban water supply,and has universality and popularization value. |
