With the rapid development economy and the upgrading of energy structure,electricity,as clean energy,is gradually replacing other energy and becoming the main power source.As the intermediate link between power plant and users,substation is the core of power grid.In order to improve the power supply quality and reliability,reduce the operation and maintenance costs,and shorten the outage time.State Grid Corporation of China has gradually implemented the intelligent substation.Upon the data from Shuangfeng region,this paper did the analysis of the load characteristics,the regional load forecasting.This paper according to the requirements of substation economy and power supply reliability in this area.Determined that single bus section wiring as the 66 k V main wiring method,also,single bus section wiring as the 10 k V main wiring method.At the same time,according to the short-circuit calculation results,the primary equipment such as the main transformer,circuit breaker,Isolating switch,trolley circuit breaker,voltage transformer and current transformer are selected.Finally determined by verification,SZ11-10000/66 as the main transformer's type,LW36-72.5W as the 66 k V circuit breaker's type,GWF-72.5DDW ? as the 66 k V Isolating switch's type,ZN63E-12/1250 as the 10 k V circuit breaker's type.Use two automatic compensation power capacitor banks with capacity of 1.5mvar,LB-66W3 as the 66 k V current transformer's type,LZZBJ9-10 as the 10 k V voltage transformer's type.According to the design requirements of intelligent substation,the network hierarchical relationship of three layers and two networks is given,and the information transmission mode and way in intelligent substation are analyzed.According to IEC 6185 standard,secondary equipment such as merging unit,intelligent terminal and gateway equipment are selected.At the same time,the relayprotection and automation equipment in the substation are configured,the protection logic is standardized,and the correct and reliable operation of the substation is ensured.The separation of the traditional protection equipment and the switch cabinet is improved,and the direct combination of the switch cabinet and the line protection is adopted to save the occupied area of the substation.Moreover,lightning protection and grounding design of the Smart Substation was also carried out to meet the requirement of equipment lightning protection and the system safe operation.At the same time,the power distribution facilities in the substation were rationally designed to ensure the reasonable layout of the equipment in the substation and meet requirements of the power grid operation.This paper aims to provide some support for the design and construction of Smart Substations in the future.
