| In this paper,the indoor thermal environment of Suzhou tonglihu Jiayuan ultra-low energy consumption residence in summer,transition season and winter is tested by the combination of field test and numerical simulation.This paper studies the room temperature maintenance capacity of ultra-low energy housing in hot summer and cold winter climate,analyzes the room temperature change rule of ultra-low energy consumption housing in the condition of no air conditioning fresh air system operation,and provides reference data for the use of computer simulation to analyze the indoor thermal environment of housing.The test plan determines three different use states.Through the test,it is concluded that the indoor temperature of ultra-low energy residential buildings can maintain a good comfortable range(up to 6 days)for a long time after the air conditioning is turned off due to the thermal insulation performance of the enclosure structure,good air tightness and thermal inertia of the materials,which is better than the thermal stability of the indoor environment of general residential buildings.In the indoor base temperature of 20 degrees,after the heating system is turned off,the indoor temperature can be maintained at 15 degrees without heat source,and under the condition of indoor heat,it can be maintained at 18 degrees for up to 5 days.Energy plus software is used to simulate the building model based on the previous research data.The simulation results are consistent with the actual measurement results,and the basic model established is verified.According to the change of outdoor temperature,the control parameters of hybrid ventilation are studied.The results show that under the condition of indoor control temperature of 20℃ in winter and 26℃ in summer,when the outdoor air temperature is higher than 14℃ and lower than 28℃,the fresh air system of air conditioning can be closed to open windows for ventilation.Compared with no hybrid ventilation,the fresh air energy saving of air conditioning and heating is 18.7%.When the indoor control temperature in winter is 18 ℃,the indoor control temperature in summer is 28 ℃,the outdoor air temperature is higher than 13℃,and lower than 29℃,turn off the fresh air system of air conditioning and open windows for ventilation.Compared with that without hybrid ventilation,the fresh air energy saving rate of air conditioning and heating can reach 29.8%.In addition,the paper analyzes the natural ventilation strategy,the ideal ventilation period and ventilation times in different seasonsIn this paper,the research on the reasonable setting of hybrid ventilation control target parameters,the reasonable definition of ventilation times and the selection of natural ventilation time period provides theoretical and technical support for the control system and implementation of hybrid ventilation,and reduces the building energy consumption and greenhouse gases emissions as much as possible,which meets the requirements of building a sustainable development society. |
