With the proportion of China’s total construction resource energy consumption accounting for the current national total construction energy production and consumption consumption increasing year by year,building energy-saving technology has become an important technical means for China to achieve green and environmentally friendly low-carbon buildings and sustainable development of buildings.A relatively complete set of engineering technology guarantee system was initially formed.Relevant concepts such as passive energy-saving buildings,ultra-low-energy buildings,near zero-energy buildings,and zero-energy buildings have been gradually pointed out and realized one after another.In the past decade,China has begun to vigorously develop passive energy-saving buildings based on the successful experience of developed countries such as Europe and the United States.It has adopted creative design thinking and adopted certain design and transformation methods to consider the geographical location and climate characteristics of the building location.To create a high-quality indoor environment and reduce the impact of artificial equipment on environmental transformation,thereby reducing active energy consumption to achieve energy-saving purposes,which can provide a reference for the comprehensive value of building energy consumption in major cities when Shanxi Province compiles near zero energy consumption specifications And provide technical guiding design advice for ultra-low building energy passive building projects in different climate zones.This article uses the combination of DeST and Design Builder software to make up for the shortcomings of the software.First,a standard design model is established for the actual public buildings in Datong City,Shanxi Province.Under the guidance of the "Technical Standards for Near-Zero Energy Consumption",reference is made to domestic and foreign standards and cold The airtightness setting of the regional demonstration building has determined the airtightness index N50,and combined with the "Public Building Energy Conservation Design Standards" specification to establish the thickness and structure of the envelope structure,air conditioning system,etc.,in seven major cities in Shanxi Province(Datong City,Yuanping City,Yushe City,Jiexiu City,Houma City,Yuncheng City,Taiyuan City)established design buildings and benchmark buildings,and conducted a large number of simulation studies on this basis.The main research results of this article are as follows:Compared with the benchmark building,the same design building in the seven major cities of Shanxi Province has correspondingly reduced energy consumption,but the energy saving rate has changed from region to region.The general trend is from severe cold zone C to cold zone B(ie,northwestern Shanxi to Shanxi)(Southern)gradually reduced;ultra-low-energy buildings have the most obvious energy-saving effect in Datong City.The available annual heating / cooling demand indicators are: annual heating demand 4.33 k Wh /(m2 · a),annual cooling demand 40.2 k Wh /(M2 · a),the total energy saving rate of the designed building compared to the benchmark building is 53%,while the total energy consumption of cooling capacity in summer has decreased by 47.9% and the total energy consumption of heating in winter has decreased by 51.6%;different energy-saving measures There will be different degrees of energy saving impact on the building,of which the changes to the air conditioning system and air tightness have the greatest impact on building energy saving,but as the climate zone goes from severe cold to cold,the impact of air tightness and air conditioning heat recovery on the energy saving rate will gradually Becomes smaller;the energy-saving effect of Yuncheng City is the worst among the ten cities,with an energy-saving rate of 38%.When the solar heat gain coefficient(SHGC)of glass is reduced,the comprehensive energy-saving rate changes most significantly,up to 45.1%;The dynamic investment payback period for low-energy buildings is 9.96 years,which can save 186.03 t of standard coal every year,which is equivalent to 1.58 t of sulfur dioxide,1.38 t of nitrogen oxides,and 515.3t of carbon dioxide that can be discharged from the outdoor pollutants every year.Ultra-low-energy buildings are energy-saving and comfortable,with low emissions and short payback periods,and can be widely promoted.
