Research On Government Supervision Of Recall Of Defective Automobile Products In China

With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,automobiles,as a common means of transportation,are rapidly entering thousands of households.At the same time,the increasing of the car ownership in China has also caused the public concern about the problem of automobile safety,especially the safety problems caused by the inflow of defective automobile products to the market,which has been paid more and more attention by the public.Therefore,it is particularly important to implement effective government regulation for defective vehicle recall.Since 2004,our country began to implement the defective auto product recall system,and the supervision of defective automobile products has been on the right track,and has been perfected in the following work,and some achievements have been achieved.However,some obstacles have been encountered in the implementation process,resulting in a large gap between the recall work of defective automobile products and developed countries.In order to further improve China’s defective automobile products recall government supervision and promote the recall of defective automobile products in China,the relevant issues surrounding the recall of defective auto products to government supervision are discussed.This paper expounds the main contents of the government supervision of defective automobile products recall in our country,analyzes the current situation of the government supervision of defective automobile products recall in our country,finds out the existing problems,and combines the experience of the developed countries with the supervision experience of the developed countries,and uses the research methods of literature research and comparative research,which is based on the actual situation of our country.Combined with the corresponding strategy measures,including further strengthening the top level design,improving the regulatory mechanism,innovation supervision and further strengthening the publicity work in four main aspects,in order to improve the defective auto product recall supervision system in China.
