Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Imported Automobiles Supervision In H Province

With the improvement of living standards,more and more consumers will be paid attention to imported automobiles,When imported automobiles are reported to have quality and safety defects abroad,Some manufacturers discriminate against Chinese consumers and refused to implement the recall,these events led to a heated discussion about the quality supervision of the imported automobiles,the quality and safety of the imported automobiles has gradually become the focus of public discussion.This paper is based on the pre-supervision mode of the imported automobiles adopted by the inspection and quarantine departments in H province,in order to protect the life and property safety of consumers of imported automobiles as the starting point,study on the new situation of the inspection and supervision of the imported automobiles.First of all,this paper gives a brief introduction of the foreign automobile supervision system and the domestic supervision system of the imported automobiles,and clarifies the relevant concepts,and determines the scope of this paper.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current supervision model of the imported automobiles in China from the aspects of politics,economy,society and technology,and points out the existing problems in the current supervision system.Thirdly,according to the research on the domestic and foreign automobile supervision system,combines the analysis results of the existing model of automobile supervision in H province,this paper studies and improves the supervision strategy of imported automobile in H province which includes the defect recall supervision and the supervision of "repair,replacement,return" for family automobiles.Fourthly,this paper introduces the application of the improved imported automobile supervision strategy in H province through practical application of data and case.From the application results,the improved supervision strategyhas achieved remarkable results.Finally,this paper summarizes the research work of the supervision for the imported automobiles in H province,and expands the application of the supervision strategy.
