With the development of science and technology,the seismic damage as well as the safety consequences of the non-structural components of buildings have aroused extensive attention to academy,industry and even the government.Compared with structural damage,nonstructural damage is much more widespread,and can result in additional economic losses from functionality and business interruptions.However,for different types of building structures,especially masonry structures,the existing theories,methods and standards are not enough to support the performance-based seismic fortification of nonstructural components.Therefore,in this paper,the floor acceleration response spectra of Chinese typical masonry structure are carried out and analysised to provide the basis for determining the horizontal seismic action of non structural components in masonry structure buildings.The following work is mainly completed:In view of the research about floor response spectrum,this paper introduces the development process,current norms and research status of floor response spectrum at home and abroad by listing literature.At present,the research of floor response spectrum in China is not systematic,and there is no research on floor acceleration response spectrum of masonry structure.For the ground motions used in the analysis,according to the characteristic period of the sites,100 natural ground motions and 4 artificial ground motions are selected for the elastic time history analysis from the ground motion database of PKPM software and PEER;3 ground motions are selected for elastoplastic time history analysis.According to the actual engineering cases in China,PKPM software is used to model masonry structure,and 10 numerical analysis models with seismic intensity of 6 ? 9 degrees are obtained.Using SATWE and PUSH&EPDA module of PKPM software,the elastic and elastoplastic time history analysis of masonry structure model is carried out as the structural form of shear wall,according to the acceleration time history response of the geometric center of the model floor,a total of 2912 linear floor acceleration response spectra and 84 nonlinear floor acceleration response spectra with the damping ratio of 5% are calculated.The linear and nonlinear peak floor acceleration(PFA)and peak spectrum acceleration(PSA)of each masonry model are analyzed.The linear and nonlinear peak floor response acceleration(PFA)and peak floor spectral acceleration(PSA)of each masonry model are analyzed,and the characteristics of floor acceleration response spectrum of masonry structure and the amplification law along the floor height direction are studied.According to the obtained linear floor acceleration response spectrum and analysis results,and referring to China's building seismic design code,the fitting curve of floor acceleration response spectrum which can be used as reference for non structural horizontal earthquake action in masonry structure building is given.According to the analysis results,the linear PFA / PGA fitting formula is 1 + 1.86(5/,PSA / PGA fitting formula is 2.24 + 10.07(5/,for non-linear case,due to the small number of ground motions selected for analysis,the calculation results have large discreteness,the ratio of PFA/PGA to linear case is 15% ? 82%,and the ratio of PSA/PGA to linear result is 15% ? 55%.
