With the continuous development of the economy,the people's leisure and entertainment methods are gradually extending from the land to the sea,the consumption demand of super yacht is heating up year by year.The super yachts building with the characteristics of labor-intensive,technology-intensive,knowledge-intensive and capital-intensive,this has a great pull effect on economic development.With the steady development of China's economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,China's yachts market has bright future.Yachts,special super yachts gradually become one of the consumer goods of the high-net-worth group to chase after luxury cars and private aircraftThe degree of comfort is a very important indicator of the quality of the yacht.Whatever of the type of ship,Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning(hereinafter referred to as HVAC)system has a lasting impact on passengers' comfort,crew health and trouble-free operation of machinery/systems and equipment.To provide the suitable climate control,anytime,anywhere,we must have a high degree of technical creativity and rich experience.For super yachts,these are higher requirements for HVAC system.Aiming at the 88.5 meters super yacht that named "Illusion Plus" built by Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Limited.,This paper selects the HVAC system,which is more important to impact the yacht comfort and overall design;And analyzes the difference of HVAC system between super yacht and commercial ship.This paper summarizes and extracts the basic requirements of the design of super yacht HVAC system,and analyzes the complete design of the HVAC system based on the core aspects such as the selection of air conditioning system,capacity distribution,energy saving and emission reduction,all-air VAV system,air Supply unit fan coil system and chiller system;And carried out the optimization analysis.The concept of energy saving and environmental protection throughout the whole design process,even put to use the concept of partitioning function innovatively.Based on the real ship sea trial test,the HVAC system is compared between theoretically and practically,and the results show that the design methods and measures adopted make the HVAC system more energy-saving and more comfortable than expected,which has been well accepted by the customer.
