Under the background of China's medium-high speed economic development,rapid urbanization development and priority development strategy of public transport,the light rail transit construction presents the obvious characteristics of large scale and fast speed.At the same time,the progress of science and technology has brought about rapid progress,which has also brought great changes to the shape structure and function of light rail vehicles,and further promoted the production logic chain of the whole light rail products,continuously promoted the new shape image of light rail vehicles,and greatly expanded and developed the function and use of light rail cars.Therefore,this paper will comb out innovative design methods for the light rail vehicle modeling and structure under the intelligent framework,and guide the relevant design work.First of all,this paper researches on the theoretical framework for light rail vehicle from under the intelligent,based on the design of the light rail existing standards and norms,a clear definition and classification of modern light rail vehicles,with modern light rail electric vehicle body shapes were summarized,summing up the design of modern light rail structure modelling category,discusses the use of new technology,new structure in intelligent and ascension,the modelling of vehicle body structures and the change of appearances.Secondly,according to the unique characteristics of rail transit vehicles and modern industrial products,combined with the construction of intelligent light rail trolley technology information framework,summed up the light rail vehicle shape structure design should follow the design principles.Through the study of relevant literature and materials,the author makes an analysis and summary of the theoretical construction and product practice of modern light rail tram.At the same time,the paper analyzes and summarizes the modeling language and characteristics of modern light rail electric vehicles produced by the global mainstream light rail manufacturers.This part of the research provides efficient guidance for the design method research and has a strong reference value for the final design practice.Thirdly,according to the unique characteristics of intelligent light rail vehicles,the design process and the part of modeling design are proposed.The detailed analysis of the vehicle details in the design process,combined with the formal beauty of the light rail vehicle modeling of the scientific and artistic,summed up the intelligent light rail vehicle design method.In addition,the characteristics of three different body structure materials are compared and analyzed,the application of the new material in each key part of the body is summarized,and the decorative form and method of the body color configuration are put forward.Finally,in order to test and optimize the feasibility of the design process,principles and methods of intelligent light rail vehicles obtained from the above research,relevant design practices are carried out to test at the end of the research.The floating type of 100% low-floor light rail vehicle is taken as the design practice object,and the structural functions of light rail car are combined to carry out in-depth investigation and summary.The final completion of the intelligent light rail vehicle appearance design and interior decoration layout design scheme,as well as the feasibility of the examination of the scheme,for the future related design provides a sufficient theoretical basis and guidance direction,for the future intelligent light rail vehicle function and design provides a new idea.
