Study On The Practice Of Renewal Of Traditional Villages

As a farming country with a history of 5,000 years of civilization,China’s local culture is the foundation of our country.However,as the bearer of the local culture and witness of the millennium history,the countryside is facing the gradual demise in recent years due to China’s urbanization process and the rapid advancement of rural revitalization.Faced with this phenomenon,more and more scholars and experts began to explore the traditional village protection methods,trying to explore a win-win model of protection and development.The research on the protection of traditional villages in Chaohu area in Anhui started later than that in southern Anhui.In addition,Chaohu belongs to the plain area.It has been greatly affected by wars,population movements and urban changes,so some traditional villages have been seriously damaged.Based on the above background,the author takes Tangzui Village,a traditional provincial village in Chaohu City,Anhui Province as the research object.The thesis is divided into four parts for discussion.The first part is an introduction chapter.It first introduces the research background,meaning,objects and content,then defines the related noun concepts involved in this research,and finally introduces the research methods and research ideas of this research.The second part is the second,third and fourth chapter of the thesis.First,sort out and analyze the relevant theoretical research and cases of traditional villages at home and abroad and the Chaohu area;secondly,according to the measures taken at home and abroad in the protection and renovation of traditional villages,from the perspective of architecture and urban and rural planning from the perspective of villages and buildings The three aspects of the space,style and external environment are summarized based on the protection and inheritance of the traditional village renewal strategy to guide the specific practice in the later period.Finally,the current situation of the research object Tangzui Village and the problems encountered in the development are summarized through practical investigation;The third part is the fifth chapter of the thesis,which is based on the above analysis and practical research on the specific update of Tangzui Village.First of all,according to the situation and characteristics of Tangzui Village,its planning concept and development positioning are clarified.Secondly,the corresponding planning and design plan is formulated from the village as a whole to the core area of the village to the building unit.The specific practice of the identification system.Finally,through the form of questionnaires issued to the villagers,a satisfaction survey of the villagers after the updated practice is conducted,and the survey results are summarized and commented.The fourth part is the conclusion of the research.The research focus of this article is the traditional village renewal design practice.Through literature analysis,case analysis,field investigation and empirical analysis,it is concluded that the problems currently faced by traditional villages are mainly manifested in the constraints of economic development,The overall protection is weak,the spatial texture is broken,the architectural style is mixed,the public facilities are lacking and the external space is disordered.In the update design practice,we must first formulate the corresponding planning concept according to its own resource characteristics,followed by the planning from the whole to the local to the monomer,and then to adjust the design according to the specific practice in time.Collect villagers’ feedback on the updated results to guide future village design updates.This study has important theoretical and practical guiding significance for the traditional villages in Chaohu area and even the whole country in driving local economy,protecting regional culture,protecting traditional buildings and updating design.Figure 103 Table 12 Reference 65...
