Renewable energy such as wind and solar has been rapidly developed as one of the main sources of energy supply,but the uncertainty of renewable energy makes it difficult to apply on a large scale,and development is limited.With the continuous development of various energy conversion technologies,the establishment of an integrated energy system coupled with various energy systems is called possible,providing new methods for absorbing renewable energy.How to properly plan the integrated energy system is a problem that needs to be solved immediately before constructing an integrated energy system.For the various equipment in the regional integrated energy systems,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore their collaborative planning for their different operating characteristics and different impacts on each system.In this paper,firstly,analyzing the steady-state model of each subsystem included in the integrated energy system,and establish a sequential power flow algorithm for regional integrated energy systems,by which analyzing the impact of various equipment operations on different systems.The scenario analysis is used to simulate the uncertain factors in the system,and establishing the two-stage planning model to maximize the benefits of both equipment operators and the whole society.At the planning level,consider the various costs and benefits of operators,to maximize the net income,and from the perspective of the whole society,to maximize the penetration rate of renewable energy;at the operational level,to coordinate the scheduling of different types of distributed generator and electric-to-gas equipment,a dispatching strategy of the various equipment based on sensitivity analysis is proposed.Planning simulation in a regional integrated energy system and find the Pareto solution by the NSGA-? algorithm,which verified the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed multi-objective two-stage planning model.On this basis,establish power system operation reliability evaluation indicators considering the influence of distributed gas turbines on the supply reliability of the power system.Combined with the two objectives of maximum net income and maximum penetration of renewable energy rate,a three-objective planning model considering power supply reliability was established.Simulate the regionally integrated energy system,and use the NSGA-? algorithm to solve it.The results verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed multi-objective planning model.
