The construction of unmanned photovoltaic charging station can not only achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction,but also solve the energy crisis and meet the increasing demand for charging piles of electric vehicle.In order to ensure the normal operation of the unmanned photovoltaic charging station,a scientific and reasonable maintenance personnel scheduling system is essential.The current research mainly focuses on the collection of the operation data of the charging station equipment,the real-time monitoring of the equipment failure and the intelligent management of the equipment,while the research on the scheduling of maintenance personnel is very few.Considering that,the scheduling problem of maintenance personnel in unmanned photovoltaic charging station is studied deeply in this paper.Through improving particle swarm optimization algorithm and neural network algorithm,the mathematical model of maintenance personnel scheduling is established,and simulation is carried out with examples to verify the accuracy and efficiency of maintenance personnel scheduling model.The main tasks are as follows:1.A particle swarm optimization algorithm with polynomial decreasing inertia weight(PIW-PSO)is proposed.Six typical test functions are used to compare and analyze the standard PSO algorithm,LDIW-PSO algorithm and EIW-PSO algorithm,which proves the superiority of PIW-PSO algorithm.2.Complete the analysis and classification of known fault types of the unmanned photovoltaic charging station,taking an unmanned photovoltaic charging station as the research object,this paper analyzes and manages the maintenance tasks and the attributes of maintenance personnel,the prediction model of equipment maintenance time is established which based on neural network algorithm,and complete the prediction of maintenance time for maintenance personnel.3.The shortest path problem of traversing the unmanned photovoltaic charging station is studied,and the mathematical model of maintenance personnel scheduling is established with the minimum time spent by maintenance personnel as the objective function,which realizes the faster and more accurate scheduling of maintenance personnel.4.The maintenance personnel scheduling system of the unmanned photovoltaic charging station is established by using Visual Basic 6.0,which realizes the storage and processing of the maintenance personnel information,and embeds the relevant algorithm model to realize the scheduling and management of the maintenance personnel.After verification,the maintenance personnel scheduling model established in this paper can quickly and accurately complete the maintenance personnel scheduling.The maintenance personnel scheduling system of the unmanned photovoltaic charging station can schedule and manage the maintenance personnel,which meets the expected design requirements.
