| With the rapid development of electric power industry and economic construction transform in our country,electricity consumption gradually enters saturated stage,the role of thermal power as the main power supply will change in the future.With the opening of the electricity supply market,price bidding on the grid will be a normal state.It is a vital problem to be considered for the small thermal power enterprise to ensure its survival and to meet the needs of energy conservation and environmental protection and economic construction.In order to ensure the survival of small thermal power enterprise and keeping competitiveness,the unit heating modification will naturally be the first choice of the enterprise.Taking Huating power plant 2×145 MW direct air-cooling unit as the research object,according to the heat load in Huating region,the high back pressure and cooling,heating section of the steam heating transformation scheme were compared,the effect of the heating transformation on the unit flow,axial thrust,regenerative system and air cooling island was analyzed,through the comparison and analysis,an optimum reform plan was put forward.As a security based industry,the requirements for safety production are rigor in thermal power enterprises,aiming at this problem,the analysis was carried out on the feasibility of the modification of the unit heating plan,to test whether the equipment performance can meet the relevant requirements and standards,based on the analysis,the performance requirements for the modification of the heating unit were proposed,and the important equipment parameters of the central station were presented in detailed,the criteria for selection of important equipment was put forward.The change of the thermal performance and efficiency is most concerned by the enterprise after the heating reform,by comparing the related thermodynamic analysis calculation model a reasonable model is selected,the economic performance of the heat supply reconstruction of the unit was investigated by using this mathematical model,the control strategy is formulated by the logic software of the industrial control system of the unit.The calculation shows that the reform project is successful,the annual savings in the cost of coal and the income of heat sale is substantial,which indicates that heating is necessary and effective.Heating transformation as an important part of the production system,which need for a mature,reliable DCS system as a support for the production of automatic control.For the period of heating transformation,according to the original construction of industrial control system based on control strategy of the heating part of the transformation of the design,and according to the control strategy to optimize the core logic configuration of the control system,through the choice of F(x)function to solve the inverse proportion of output problems in logic,and by setting the PID parameter,improve the control characteristic of the control system,to reform the heating after the design of the core parameters related to protection and safe operation of the unit was optimized,has provided the safeguard for the safe operation of the unit. |
