With the rapid development of China's economy,the surge in power load has led to the continuous expansion of the scale of urban distribution networks.The characteristics of repairing equipment in the distribution network are becoming more and more prominent.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of users' requirements for power supply reliability,the simple "one phone,one small class" repair mode in the past has been unable to adapt to the current needs of the times.At the same time,with the advancement of the national power reform,the construction of the repair system and the research on repair management have gradually become one of the key tasks of the power company.This paper takes the distribution network production and repair command as the core,integrates the "Internet +" idea into the distribution network fault repair system,the analysis work and key achievements of this paper can be described as follows:First,according to the relevant theoretical knowledge and basic tools needed for the development of the network failure repair system of "Internet +" thinking,the underlying Android system,REST architecture,GPS system,GIS system,SQL database and program development language Java are introduced in detail,for the latter the functional design,business design and software system implementation have laid a solid foundation.Second,according to the actual situation of the power grid company and the resource sharing mode based on the "Internet +" thinking,the demand analysis and corresponding system design of the distribution network emergency repair system are carried out.The main research contents include: 1)At present,with the rapid development of cities,the problem has become more complicated and redundant,and a single processing mechanism and model cannot effectively solve the corresponding problem.Therefore,this paper proposes to gradually and orderly implement the"internal dispatch" and "external dispatch" of the distribution network repair and repair business by adopting a resource sharing model.Requisition orders ",the introduction of external repair forces,the implementation of a fair and open competition mechanism,part of a simple,single business outsourcing to external units,and each repair party to provide the necessary basic consumables,this will not only improve the efficiency ofwork,and comprehensive and clear In the multi-coupling complex situation,the functional requirements of each functional department reduce redundant workload;2)Based on production information,spatial information,grid topology model,and operation data and status information of power equipment in the distribution network emergency repair system,Establish "Internet +" new distribution network repair system,scientifically manage distribution network production Work to promote the technical transformation of standard management,maintenance and repair,and distribution network operation management.Then,according to the analysis of business function requirements,the Java programming language was used to program and implement the system modules of the fault repair system.Finally,if the distribution network fault repair system developed in this paper is applied to the actual production business of the entire State Grid Corporation,it is estimated that the number of external laborers will reach 4 million units per year,and the efficiency of repair work will be increased by 20%.The net cost of the network is 1billion yuan,and 100,000 complaints for power outages are reduced every year to improve the quality of quality services.The distribution network fault repair system not only relieves the shortage of labor and labor intensity of the first-line team to a certain extent,but also provides information platform support for fault repair,power resource management and decision-making of distribution network,fully collects resource information related to distribution network,and unified data management.The platform optimizes fault information and social resources to complete the comprehensive management of distribution network repair.The successful operation of the distribution network fault repair platform not only improves the labor productivity and the comprehensive management level of the grid company,but also implements the “three episodes and five majors” institutional reforms for the State Grid Corporation,provides users with quality services and realizes the strategic goals of the company's smart grid.They all have a very positive effect.
