Because of the close relationship between distribution network and city-dwellers,people’s normal life will be affected seriously by distribution network multi-fault. Afterthe incident of multiple faults occurs, the repair resource scheduling scheme plays animportant role in repairing the faults and power restoration. However, resource schedulinginvolves multiple aspects, it is difficult to make scheduling scheme quickly only byscheduling staff’s experience. In this article, in-depth research about how to develop areasonable resource scheduling strategy for distribution networks with multiple faults hasbeen made referring to the related domestic and overseas literatures.Firstly, the characteristics and causes of multi-fault events are analyzed based on thecharacteristics of the distribution network. And the main recovery and repair strategies forthe multi-fault event are researched. In order to avoid losses caused by improperdistribution of repair materials, the multi-fault events are graded according to their degreeof influence to take appropriate measures for the events of different levels. Meanwhile, apower supply security system is built based on the multi-level interaction reserve mode sothat the safeguard reliability of repair materials can be improved.Secondly, this paper analyzes the demand features of the repair materials when faultsoccur. At the same time, considering the influence factors of formulating supplyscheduling strategy, such as demand uncertainty, different levels of fault repair priorityand the road status, fuzzy triangular number, fault importance and road reliability are usedto analyze the above factors respectively. On this basis, we set up the repair materialsdistribution model based on multi-warehouse coordination. If the material scarcitysituation appears in the dispatching process, further method of clustering will be adoptedto set reasonable temporary warehouses to transfer support materials, which makes thefaults be fixed without lack of supplies. The simulation verifies the effectiveness of theproposed method in this paper.Finally, the Internet of things technology is introduced into the emergency resourcesscheduling to set up a distribution network emergency resources scheduling platform which consists of perception layer, transport layer, data layer and application layer. Theconnection of repair supplies, faults information, road conditions and repair workers in thedistribution network rush repair, the platform can group the repair resources and faulttasks, then getting reasonable allocation of resources and the rapid repair of faults. Byusing the dispatching platform, scheduling policy can be updated timely when sudden newfault happens, and implementing dynamic repair. The method of emergency recoursescheduling is validated via the69bus power system that it can repair faults and restorepower quickly.
