The round pipe belt conveyor is one of the most important bulk material transportation equipment in the world today.It is continuously improved and developed on the basis of the traditional trough belt conveyor.Now it is widely used in the fields of coal mining,power generation,metal smelting,port transportation and logistics handling,etc.Compared with the traditional trough belt conveyor,the round pipe belt conveyor can achieve two-way,large inclination,spatial arrangement of airtight transportation of bulk materials in a complex environment.Today,with serious environmental pollution problems,the round pipe belt conveyor is an efficient and environmentally friendly continuous belt conveyor equipment,which meets the requirements and concepts of green environmental protection and sustainable development advocated by the society.This article takes the transition section of the round pipe belt conveyor as the main research object.Firstly,according to the factors that affect the stable operation of the whole machine,the forming mechanism of the transition section is analyzed,and the length of the head-tail transition section under different pipe diameters of the fabric core conveyor belt and the steel cord conveyor belt is calculated.Secondly,analyze the structure and layout of the idler roller group in the transition section,and clarify the groove angle and spacing of the idler roller group.Then,calculate the cross-sectional area and height of the bulk material piled up on the transitional grooved roller group.Analyze the pressure of the conveyor belt and loose materials on the grooved roller group.Through the relationship between the acting force and the reaction force,the example calculates that when other conditions remain unchanged,only changing the groove angle of the transition groove groove roller group and only changing the roll length of the transition groove groove roller group,the groove roller The force of the roller set on the conveyor belt.Finally,through Solid Works to draw the tail transition conveyor belt and roller group,combined with ANSYSsimulation analysis,the deformation and stress changes of the transition conveyor belt is obtained.Provide a certain reference for solving the practical problems of the transition section of the round pipe belt conveyor.
