| When designing a pipe belt conveyor,it is especially important that the appropriate conveyor belt be chosen.The article uses the experimental data to establish the experimental model and uses finite element software to simulate the model.The contact force distribution between pipe belt and idler is obtained.By comparing the simulation results and experimental results to verify the accuracy of belt parameters of the pipe belt conveyor.In order to correspond with the actual situation,the idler in the model is changed from the thin plate shape to the cylindrical shape,using the finite element simulation,the contact force between the pipe belt and the idler is obtained under actual conditions.Compare the component of contact force in the vertical direction for zero belt gravity and existence of belt gravity to obtain the weight of the belt,and compared with the actual gravity of the belt,the correctness of the finite element simulation results is illustrated.The straight section experimental model of pipe belt conveyor is simulated by finite element method,this method could replace the physical model method.Through simulation analysis,the deformation of the belt and the distribution of the contact force between the belt and the idler were studied,obtaining the maximum deformation of the belt between tens of millimeters and the amount of deformation is not obvious for the contact force.By comparing the different longitudinal stiffness of the belt,it is obtained that the longitudinal stiffness has no obvious effect on the rebound force of the belt.The DEM-FEM coupled simulation of straight-line model of pipe belt conveyor was carried out,analysis of the material and conveyor belt force on the roller for different fill rate cases,drawing the contact force distributed figure for different fill rate cases.It provides a reference tool for the reasonable design of pipe belt conveyor.Indentation resistance of pipe belt conveyor is caused by the normal force between idler and belt,it is the biggest part of total energy consumption of pipe belt conveyor.Generalized Maxwell model is used to describe the viscoelastic properties of the lower rubber of pipe belt when calculating indentation resistance.By establishing a contact model between the pipe belt and the idler,the stress distribution of the contact surface between belt and idler is obtained.Calculating expression of the indentation resistance and the indentation resistance coefficient are obtained by the integral of stress distribution.Combined with the technical parameters of the pipe belt conveyor to calculate the specific indentation resistance.The influence of factors such as pipe radius,idler radius and the lower rubber of belt with the coefficient of indentation resistance was analyzed by the Matlab software. |
