Now is in the "made in China 2025" in full swing development and growth,construction machinery once again ushered in new changes.In the field of construction machinery,axial piston motor/pump as a hydraulic power component,its performance has a very important significance to the field of construction machinery.In order to respond to the national energy conservation and environmental protection,the policy of green emission reduction is put forward to develop and design a new type of axial plunger motor,the four-flow window axial plunger hydraulic motor.Because of the specialty of the axial piston motor structure complexity,many things can't is analyzed by using the method of experimental testing,such as the main friction pair(plunger vice,vice,sliding boots)of oil leaks,internal contact interference between parts and experiment is relatively complex and has a long development cycle,proposed four axial piston motor with flow window machine fluid coupling multibody dynamics simulation experiment method.The 3d drawing software solidworks was used to build the 3d motor model based on the existing real physical prototype model.Secondly,the multi-body dynamic model and the hydraulic mathematical system model are established respectively according to the constraint condition of each part of the motor.At the same time,using the grid class to handle software Hyper Works about four flow matching window axial piston motor main parts are grid processing,at the same time by means of ANSYS software to four axial piston motor with flow window to establish the modal neutral file,and related parts to replace in a 3 d model to produce the coupled dynamics model in the end,four match flow was established based on software interface technology between window axial piston motor,fluid coupling simulation model.Through the simulation analysis of the model,the transient stress and strain of the axial piston motor corresponding to the piston,slipper and return plate under different working conditions were obtained and the results were compared and analyzed,so as to realize the joint simulation experiment of the hydraulic-mechanical coupling multi-body dynamics of the axial piston motor in the four-flow window.It provides a practical reference for the follow-up experimental analysis,characteristic research,structure improvement and optimization,and fatigue reliability analysis and prediction.
