With the success of Kulangsu’s legacy,its tourism industry has been further developed,and the strong business atmosphere has caused a huge impact on the original culture and life.With the continuous relocation of Kulangsu residents,traditional culture has lost the support of the actual life content,making it difficult for some cultural heritage to be effectively used as history and cultural relics.In the development of tourism economy,affected by the cyclical changes in the number of tourists and consumption patterns,Kulangsu’s business is dominated by lowend Similar tourism retail and catering.Its business model and behavior have caused a huge impact on the cultural atmosphere of Kulangsu;In the protection and utilization of buildings,affected by the public rental housing,the property owner moves away from Kulangsu and so on,some historic buildings get into the trouble of destructive use and vacancy;under the influence of value orientation,there are many behaviors of destroying historical buildings in commercial use.the commercial growth mode of changing residence to non-residence makes the commercial block extend to the community repeatedly.In summary,this paper analyzes the current situation and development advantages of the protection and utilization of Kulangsu,In the development of cultural and creative industries,the protection and utilization of historical style buildings and the protection of street style,the corresponding strategies are proposed.In the development of cultural and creative industries,it is proposes to optimize the population structure with the mode of the “peak load shifting” model in order to activate Kulangsu’ s cultural and creative industry and upgrade its business transformation.Using local culture to guide the development of cultural and creative industries and their transformation,historic buildings drive the transformation and upgrading of surrounding construction industry,and coordinate the development of people’ s livelihood industry and tourist service industry with public buildings.and to coordinate the civilian production with public housing construction.And tourist service industry development ”.In terms of the protection and utilization of historical style buildings,it proposes unified management and deployment for many property rights issues for the protection and utilization of historical style buildings;the corresponding database is constructed for the problems of the loss of historical information of the original shape of structures,components and planes,and the difficulty of judging the original authenticity.In view of the problems such as the loss of historical information of structure,plane original shape,and the difficulty in judging the authenticity of structure,it establishes the database to provide basis for the subsequent protection and utilization;starting with the management of historical style buildings,it develops a balanced system of historical style value and use value guides the compilation of protection scheme in view of the contradiction between the style value and the use value.On the aspect of the protection and utilization of historical and stylistic architecture,in view of the problems such as the public rental housing and the relocation of the property owner,this paper proposes that the government should recycle the right of use and then implement the unified management and allocation so as to protect and utilize the historic buildings.In terms of the protection of the street style and features,while guiding the development of the street commercial format,the corresponding protection and utilization strategies are proposed for the historical and stylistic architecture and ordinary buildings in the street.It is advisable to preserve the original function of the historic buildings in the block as much as possible;or adopting similar cultural functions as much as possible,reshape and inherit the original historical environment;or introducing corresponding functions in the main body of the surrounding cultural landmarks to shape the cultural atmosphere and guide the commercial format of the surrounding buildings.For general building,to prevent the further extension to the community,the use of the original function of the building,strictly according to the nature of the land and the use of the original function of the building has been put forward.
