Research On Information Protection Methods Of Historical And Stylistic Architecture In Tianjin Based On BIM Technology

Historical and stylistic architecture in Tianjin,with wealthy historical,cultural and artistic value,have witnessed the development of the society and city and the connection between east and west civilizations.In the past 100 years,Historical Character Buildings have been influenced by the natural,cultural and socio-economic factors and so on,making historical information with the history of the process increase or decrease.The maturity of the technology of BIM(Building Information Modeling)is an opportunity for the revolution of Information protection mode of Historical and stylistic architecture.The technology can not only build four-dimensional building information models,but can efficiently deal with massive data information,support multi-collaborative design,be conducive to building databases.Based on above,this paper attempts to apply BIM technology to the information protection of Historical and stylistic architecture,and put forward a set of application.In the study of the historical information collection of historical and stylistic architecture,this paper sets out suitable collection routes for the collection of explicit information and hidden information,to meet the acquisition of historical information within the existing life cycle.With the study of information screening methods of Historical and stylistic architecture,this paper refer to the "Triple Evidence Method",Tianjin modern history and LOD document in the field of BIM,and summed up a set of information screening method for Historical and stylistic architecture to select and streamline the true information.In order to meet the demand of information digital protection for Historical and stylistic architecture,this paper chooses Revit Architecture software as BIM technology application tool and studies the function of "Family" model in construction of component library and applications of "Phasing" function in the application of information protection and management for the full life cycle.Finally,the paper applies above methods to the digital information protection of NO.95 on Changdedao—a Historical and stylistic architecture,and finally build the BIM model and component library of this building,then save the historical information by phasing in the model,which has been collected and classified.The information protection of this building for full life cycle is realized.
