Along with the rapid development of green energy,the amount of wind power grid-connected in the Three North Region is increasing year by year.However,the heating peak and wind power peak coincide seriously in the Three North Region.The operation mode of ordering power by heat decreases the peak shaving capability of power system decrease sharply.Wind power resources can't be consumed in time,resulting in serious "wind abandonment" phenomenon,making a large number of wind power resources wasted.At the same time,China is carrying out the electric power market reform in full swing,and has initially established the peak shaving auxiliary service market.However,China's peak shaving regulation market is not perfect enough,and there is still a gap in the market mechanism of micro grid participating in the peak shaving auxiliary service.This project aims to improve the peak shaving capacity of power system and promote wind power consumption by tapping the peak shaving potential of micro grid.The market mechanism of peak shaving ancillary service with the participation of micro grid is explored.The optimal regulation model of participating in peak shaving auxiliary service based on user difference is established.In addition,the model is solved by GAMS.The results show that micro grid can provide peak shaving service on the basis of satisfying its own energy demand,economic benefits of and micro grid is increased its economic benefits by participating in peak shaving auxiliary service.The main works are as follows:(1)The internal characteristics of micro grid are analyzed.Firstly,the characteristics of air conditioner load,battery energy storage,wind power and gas power generation system in micro grid are analyzed.Then,based on this,the operation mode of participating in the peak shaving auxiliary service of the four parts is studied.Finally,the control strategy of micro grid participating in peak shaving auxiliary service is explored.(2)The market mechanism and trading mechanism of micro grid participating in peak shaving auxiliary service are explored.Firstly,the difference between peak load regulation and reserve is studied to locate the peak shaving accurately.Secondly,it researches on the division of paid peak shaving and free peak shaving,market access conditions,quotation,price clearing and transaction process in the existing peak shavingauxiliary service policies.Then,based on the characteristics of micro grid,the division of paid-free peak shaving and the transaction process of micro grid participating in peak shaving auxiliary service are explored.And the market relationship between micro grid and peak shaving auxiliary service is also analyzed.(3)User models are built and the differences between users are analyzed.Firstly,the mathematical models of user heat load,disturbance unit price and price response are established.Then the differences among users in heat load,disturbance unit price and price response are analyzed.The above research provides scientific theoretical guidance for making the formulation of user disturbance unit price scientific and the user control reasonably.(4)The control strategy of participating in peak shaving auxiliary service based on user difference is proposed.Firstly,the cost of air conditioner load,gas-fired power generation system and storage battery in micro grid and the economic benefit of micro-grid are analyzed.Then,the source-network-load integrated regulation model of micro-grid participating in peak shaving auxiliary service based on the difference of users is established.Finally,the model is simulated by The GAMS software.The results show that the control strategy proposed in this paper can not only reduce the user disturbance costs of the micro grid,but also tap the peaking potential of the micro grid and promote the consumption of wind power.(5)The economic benefit of micro grid participating in peak shaving auxiliary services is evaluated.And on this basis,the rationalization policy suggestions for promoting micro grid participating in auxiliary service market in China are put forward.
