Research On The Protection And Utilization Of The Revolutionary Sites In Ganzhou

Ganzhou,also known as the south of Jiangxi province,is a famous old revolutionary base area,with a large number of old revolutionary sites.On the one hand,some the old revolutionary sites have not yet been discovered.On the other hand,some the old revolutionary sites have been damaged to different degrees in the process of urban and rural development.Based on the continuous improvement of "cultural self-confidence" in China,the publication of Guidelines for the Protection and Utilization of the Old Revolutionary Sites(2019)as an opportunity,and the Research on the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Heritage such as Hakka House at the Old Revolutionary Sites of Ganzhou as the source,through the research on the protection and utilization of the old revolutionary sites of Ganzhou,this paper hopes to promote the high-quality development of revolutionary cultural resources in Ganzhou and inject new and strong vitality into the architectural historical features and regional cultural characteristics of Ganzhou in order to achieve creative transformation and innovative development of the outstanding revolutionary culture of Ganzhou,enhance cultural innovation and competitiveness,promote the growth of local economy of Ganzhou,and boost the old revolutionary areas high-quality development.In the study,first of all,it reviews the research on the old revolutionary sites and the related basic theories,and through the combing of the relevant legal documents since the founding of new China,it clarifies the development context,at the same time,it expounds the revolutionary history of Ganzhou and the development process of protection and utilization of the old revolutionary sites so as to summarize the achievements made at present and divide the value of the old revolutionary sites of Ganzhou into the core value and subsidiary value according to the value cognition.On the basis of data analysis,this paper sums up five basic characteristics of the old revolutionary sites in Ganzhou: the large number,the complete types,the long span of time,the wide scale of space and the strong influence.After the field investigation,the paper further analyzes the existing problems of current situation and summarizes the seven problems of the old revolutionary sites of Ganzhou : the discordant senses of protection,the inconsistent management system,the incomplete "Si You" work,the excessive number of old sites compared to the weak power of protection,the poor endogenous motivation and the single development method,the authority of conservation planning requiring to be strengthened,the more protection of the old site itself and the neglect of the overall environment.Secondly,in the study of the strategy of protection and utilization of the old revolutionary sites in Ganzhou,through the elaboration of the relationship between protection and utilization and SWOT analysis,the paper puts forward the general idea of "the value of the old revolutionary sites and revitalization of the Soviet Area" in Ganzhou,as well as the basic objectives and principles of protection and utilization,and then expounds the ways of protection and utilization.Finally,taking Yunshi Mountain revolutionary site groups as an example,this paper proposes the general idea of "the value of the old revolutionary sites and Rural Revitalization",and evaluates the current situation,divides 17 revolutionary sites into three levels,and puts forward specific protection and utilization measures based on this.
