Yingte group was founded in 2006,its enterprises are:Foshan Yingte special metal products Co.,Yingte precision mold manufacturing Co.Ltd.,Handan Yingshun Electrical Appliance Co.Ltd.,Hefei Ying Mei metal products limited,Wuhu Yingte Electric Appliance Co.Ltd,mainly the production of home appliances,home appliances,air conditioning heat exchanger sheet metal mold,large enterprises has been developed for the annual processing capacity of 2 billion 200 million,sales of about 2 billion years.As one of Midea’s largest sheet metal strategic partners,Midea accounted for 85%of its sales.Single customer,is not conducive to the group’s continuous development and risk resistance capabilities.To promote the transformation of enterprises,rich group from distribution group in 2017 to establish a"customer and product diversification strategy,make diversification based on the existing related industries and products,are seeking cooperation with famous enterprises at home and abroad.AUX(AUX)has a second home air conditioning brand first position,the 2016 production of 8 million sets of air-conditioning,growth in 2017,is expected to reach 10 million units,with Ningbo,Tianjin,Nanchang three factory,according to understand its lack of sheet metal is limited to self-control and external supporting ability,has been unable to keep up with the market development and strategic layout adjustment at present,is seeking partners in sheet metal production.In this paper,through the analysis and induction of various factors of AUX air-conditioning sheet metal project,it is concluded that the project is worth investment.Firstly,this paper sums up the project background,strategic planning,park design and operation management,product and profit model,etc..Then,using the PEST model and five forces model is used to analyze the macro environment and industry competition environment,and the use of the advantages and disadvantages of SWOT analysis of the project and the external opportunities and threats were analyzed,which shows that the project is facing very favorable external environment and internal advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.On this basis,through the STP marketing target market is chosen for the project,and the project’s products,brand,function and image;and then analyze the market demand,and rationally set the marketing objectives;then using 4P and 7P theory of marketing mix strategies for the project,in order to achieve promotion the brand and increase market share to.Based on the marketing plan,the factory park is divided into eight functional area,then the construction plan of the project,this paper introduces the organizational structure and management team,and formulate the staffing plan and compensation plan.On the basis of the above analysis,the investment and financing plan and exit mode,income and expenditure forecast,cash flow forecast and project benefit evaluation are carried out.The initial investment of this project is 32 million 90 thousand yuan;the project cost of capital is 11.9315%;NPV three years ago(NPV)was 34 million 843 thousand and 800 yuan,far greater than zero;rate of return in the first three years of internal correction(MIRR)was 26.23%,higher than the cost of capital projects;project in sustainable value at the end of 2020 to 281 million 770 thousand yuan;dynamic investment the payback period is 2 years,less than 3 years and the investment payback period investors expected,the economic benefits of the project is very significant.Finally,risk analysis shows that the project is less risky...
