With the development of China's economy and society,industrialization has become the development direction of China's housing construction.As the widely use of shear wall structural system in high-rise residential buildings,assembled pre-cast shear wall structural system has become a kind of building structure system which is very suitable for Chinese condition.The reliable connection between adjacent shear walls is the basis to ensure the integrity and anti-seismic capacity of assembled pre-cast shear wall structural system.In this paper,a new type of joint for pre-cast shear wall is proposed.The main work and research results are as follows:1)A new type of pre-cast concrete shear wall with horizontal joint welded by steel plate and high-strength is proposed.2)Five specimens of pre-cast shear walls and one cast-in-place shear wall were manufactured and cyclic loading tests were carried out.The main parameters include the thickness as well as the placement direction of the connecting steel plate and the axial compression ratio.Results showed that all the specimens have similar failure mode,bendingshear failure.According to the data of 6 specimens,the hysteretic curves are full bow-shaped,the limit displacement is between 29.67 mm and 39.44 mm,and the displacement ductility coefficient is between 4.36 and 7.20,which shows good ductility;the maximum energy dissipation coefficient of the specimens is between 0.795 and 1.132,which shows good energy dissipation capacity;On the premise that the connecting steel plate meets the strength requirements,the ductility,stiffness,bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the shear wall will be improved by increasing the thickness of the connecting steel plate;the stiffness and bearing capacity of the pre-cast shear wall can be significantly improved by increasing the axial pressure.3)By comparing specifications and test results of the bearing capacity,explores the calculation and design method of the bearing capacity of the pre-cast shear wall,and draws the conclusion that the code formula can be used for calculation.4)Five pre-cast shear walls and one cast-in-place shear wall were analyzed by finite element numerical simulation.The results of finite element calculation are in good agreement with the test results.It can better simulate the stress and failure mechanism of the assembled shear wall,and create favorable conditions for the design and research of this type of pre-cast shear wall in the future.In this paper,a new type of pre-cast shear wall with horizontal joint is proposed,which enriches the connection technology of the pre-cast shear wall,and is of great significance to the development of the connection technology of the fabricated shear wall and the design and promotion of pre-cast shear wall with this type of horizontal joint.
