Housing is suitable for industrialized production as its huge market volume and unified components.During housing industrialization,the pre-cast shear wall is an important part.This paper presents a new type of pre-cast concrete shear wall with horizontal joint welded by steel plates.The seismic behavior and fire-resistance tests are carried out and the main work and results are as follows:1)A new type of pre-cast concrete shear wall with horizontal joint welded by steel plate is proposed.There are two types of connection structure in the pre-cast shear wall,one is plug welding all the longitudinal steel bars with steel plates;the other has lateral steel plate which welded with longitudinal steel bars of confined boundary elements,the rest of the longitudinal steel bars welded with steel plates.2)Four specimens of pre-cast shear walls were manufactured and cyclic loading tests were carried out.The main parameters include the thickness of the connecting steel plate,the lateral steel plate and the axial compression ratio.The results show that the failure modes of the specimens are similar,all of them are bending failure;the hysteretic curves of the specimens are full bow-shaped,the limit displacement is between 26 mm and 30.2 mm,and the displacement ductility coefficient is between 4.36 and 5.42,which shows good ductility;the maximum energy dissipation coefficient of the specimens is between 1.235 and 1.454,which shows good energy dissipation capacity;the maximum energy dissipation coefficient of the specimens is between 1.235 and 1.454.When the connecting steel plate meets the strength requirement,increasing the thickness of the connecting steel plate and adding the lateral steel plate have little influence on the ductility,stiffness,bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the shear wall,while increasing the axial compression can obviously improve the stiffness and load-bearing capacity of the pre-cast shear wall,but will reduce the energy dissipation capacity.3)By comparing with the test bearing capacity,it is advised that the reinforcement of the pre-cast specimens can be calculated by the current code fomula.The calculation method of joints has been introduced.4)Four seismic specimens were analyzed by finite element numerical simulation.The results of finite element calculation are in good agreement with the test results.It can better simulate the stress and failure mechanism of the assembled shear wall,and create favorable conditions for the design and research of this type of pre-cast shear wall in the future.5)Two specimens were tested for fire-resistance performance with one single side exposed to fire.The parameter is the fire protection type of the joints.The test results show that the thermal insulation performance of the pre-cast shear wall is good,the bearing capacity is stable and reliable under high temperature.Exposion to fire for three hours,the thermal insulation performance,axial deformation and bearing capacity of the specimens do not meet the failure criteria and meet the requirements of the first-class fire-resistant standard.
