| Business model is the strategy of enterprise management,the means for enterprises to obtain operating income and create industrial value,and the important way to enhance the core competitiveness.Nowadays,whether in emerging industries or traditional industries,the choice of business models in line with the development of enterprises has an important impact on the long-term development and short-term performance of enterprises,even related to the survival and demise of enterprises.The enterprise’s grasp of the macroeconomic environment,the understanding of its own industrial characteristics and operation methods,the exploration of user needs,and the development of key technologies constitute the prerequisite for the success of business model innovation.At present,the core business model of power grid enterprises is relatively single,which is mainly to deliver electricity from the power source to thousands of households,and collect electricity charges as the source of revenue and profit.As China enters a fast track of social and economic transformation and enters a new normal of economic development,major changes are taking place in the mode of energy production and consumption.In order to adapt to the new normal of economic reform and development and promote the revolution of energy consumption and production,power grid enterprises must establish and implement the innovative development strategy,innovate the development path of business model,effectively cope with changes in the market environment,seek for new economic growth points,and realize the strategy of sustainable economic development.Energy reform is an important development strategy for China to become an energy power.Promoting the development of comprehensive energy services is an important way to realize the energy revolution,realize high-quality development,help traditional energy enterprises to transform their strategies,and accelerate the development of energy economy.As an important part of promoting the energy revolution,power grid enterprises are facing the urgent strategic task of accelerating the transformation to comprehensive energy service enterprises.This paper aims at applying the business model theory to the integrated energy business of power grid enterprises,and hopes to provide valuable exploration and thinking for the integrated energy service practice of China’s power enterprises.In this paper,G gridcompany is selected as the research subject,and the commercial canvas model is used to qualitatively analyze the comprehensive energy business business model of G grid company.From the important cooperation of business canvas,and the value proposition,core competence and access channels,customer segmentation,customer relationship,the key business and profit model elements such as analysis of comprehensive energy services business model,deeply analyze the grid enterprise comprehensive energy development present situation,summarizes the problems and to the power grid enterprise comprehensive energy services business model to optimize design,protection measures are put forward.Based on the study and analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by the integrated energy business of power grid enterprises,combined with the advantages of power grid enterprises,this paper accelerated the pace of transformation of power grid enterprises into integrated energy service companies,and formulated corresponding development strategies.Second,steadily develop energy service business;Third,we will vigorously expand market-oriented distribution and sales of electricity. |
