| The transformation of enterprise core business could be complying with the tremendous changes of the external environment and taking the initiative to meet the needs of external challenges,also could be achieving the internal demand of enterprise sustainable development.Enterprise core business transformation can not only be made by separating from the original core business,but also can be conducted on the basis of the original core business.However,this paper argued that taking the measure of strategic transformation based on the hidden assets which has been be neglected,underestimated or underutilized in the enterprise was an rational selection for our Chinese enterprises in current period.On this basis,this article through comprehensive applying the theory of enterprise core business,enterprise strategic transformation and enterprise hidden assets,systematic discussed enterprise based on hidden assets carried on the feasibility of core business transformation,designed the mode and selection method of enterprise core business transformation based on hidden assets and did a case study on enterprise strategic transformation of Kaidi Electric Power Corporation,consequently provided theoretical guidance and method support for actively and steadily promoting core business transformation of our nation’s enterprises.Firstly,this paper discussed the feasibility of enterprise core business transformation based on the hidden assets,on the basis of scientific explanation of the enterprise core business and transformation,the connotation or constitute of hidden assets,built the feasibility evaluation index system of enterprise core business transformation based on the hidden assets with two levels and 26 key indicators from three dimensions including enterprise business resources,enterprise capacity,customer demand and business platform,and put forward the quantitative judgment on reference data standard of the feasibility of enterprise core business transformation through the questionnaire survey and sample processing.Secondly,the enterprise core business transformation mode based on hidden assets was designed.On the basis of market dimension,this paper put forward the adjacent expansion transformation mode and niche market transition mode;on the basis of the dimension of the value chain,this paper put forward the service transformation mode,transformation of channel control mode and integrated transformation mode;and on the basis of organization dimension,this paper put forward the transformation of organizational resources expansion mode,capacity development transformation mode and radical transformation mode,moreover this paper made discussion on enterprise core business transformation mode that could reshape core business from the perspective of hidden business platform,hidden client assets and hidden ability.Once again,the train of thought and method of selection model of enterprise core business transformation based on the hidden assets was raised from this study,regarding invisible capability as the abscissa and invisible resources as the ordinate,and the original core business as the starting point,the paper built the selection process model of enterprise core business transformation mode based on the hidden assets.Finally,a case study was conducted to core business transformation of Kaidi Electric Power Corporation,on the basis of systematic analysis on enterprise hidden assets type and the factor of core business transformation,through questionnaire survey on this corporation of feasibility of core business transformation based on the hidden assets which were conducted to the corporation and mathematical analysis,the weighted score of every key indicator and superiority index were confirmed.This article put forward that Kaidi Electric Power Co.Ltd making selection of the transformation mode of integration expansion based on the hidden assets was the best strategic transformation scheme. |
