Route network is the three-dimensional physical space of aircraft in the air operation.Although the route network of our country has great development,it also has the problems of too large main route flow, low flexible utilization rate of route, and many route crossing "three zones ",which need to be planned and optimized systematically. In this paper, firstly forecast the city-to-city flow, then generate and optimize the hub network, then study the "three-zone" avoiding problem and layout optimization problem in the scope of route network optimization, and finally study the capacity and configuration of route intersection. The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Through the analysis of the relationship between cities on flight flow and its influencing factors, combined with the prediction model, the small error model suitable for inter-city flow prediction is obtained, and the inter-city flow is predicted.2.Based on the pagerank model, the main airport importance ranking based on flow distribution is constructed, and the hub route network is generated by selecting the important airport in combination with the national airport layout planning.3.By comparing the different algorithm models, the A* algorithm is used to solve the "three zones" avoidance problem. And improve the algorithm to achieve better results, according to the path planning steps, give a detailed solution process, get the optimized hub route network.4.According to capacity definition, the capacity model of cross route is obtained according to flow rate, cross angle and other related factors. An example is given to analyze the conflict coefficient model. Then a new cross-point configuration is proposed to improve the performance of the network, and the calculation model and configuration optimization diagram are given.
