With the high development of aviation transportation, the en-route web becomes more and more complex, the influence of the increase of crossing point to the operation of aircraft has become serious. On the basis of studying the achievement of specialists and scholars,learning the theory and technology, the author put forward opinions and built the model and algorithm. The main contents are as follows:1. Based on en-route crossing point and route capacity models, new models was built aiming at en-route crossing point and en-route capacity models. The influences of aircraft combination, crossing angle and longitude to capacity were analyzed. The results of simulation shows that when the velocity of aircraft in front was larger than the aircraft behind,the route crossing point capacity is biggest; when the longitude of route is same, the route crossing point capacity is increased with the increase of crossing angle.2. To minimize the capacity loss when the aircraft change flight level, the factors of capacity loss were calculated. The model was set based on capacity loss and operation situation of the aircraft. A heuristic algorithm was designed for this model according to conflict detection. It is concluded that this model can figure out the best method of avoiding conflict on the basis of the en-route real-time air flow density, which can optimize the loss of capacity when changing flight level and increases the availability of airspace resource.3. Based on multi-restrict constraints of multi-airport terminal area, a sequencing model was set up in consideration of aircraft type, wake turbulence separation and capacity,optimization of minimize delay time was created. A multi-airport sequence algorithm was set up for sequencing. It was proved that this model and algorithm can optimize the delay time and can decrease delay time 48.2% than FCFS on the basis of the en-route real-time air flow density, which could remit the delay efficiently. The model and algorithm were extended to the web of en-route and en-route crossing point. The issue of sequencing in en-route crossing point was researched. The result of simulation shows that the effect of optimizing is obvious,it can resolve the conflicts between aircraft.
